probably makes more sense now after recent weeks hearing unrest behind the scenes with non playing staff.in the summer if not before we will see coaching staff leave , staff who have been instrumental over the past years

robins trying his best to ensure this doesnt happen

Adi being one. hes not happy with work rate of players in training. the new players feel its too much where the old guard are accustomed to it

lawrence also not happy with how things are going at the present moment

im sure if saddle asks his contact , hell back this up

Well it's the coaching staff running training, they need to get their finger out rather than cry.

So the new players who came in over the summer and have improved since are pissed off with the coaching team that have made them better players, definitely seems likely

Exactly. If this was the case then the old guard would be getting minutes as the only ones who are clearly trying.

Saw Dawkins tweeting Andy Turner if there was any news on a new contract for Dennis Lawrence. Assume this is linked to that. Always seemed to be a similar vibe between GIMOC and Dawkins. I must add... Not always unfounded in my opinion.

Do first team coaches come in on fixed term deals? Only ever seen that mentioned when it's a head coach instead of a manager and we've had plenty of backroom staff leaving during the season over the last few years.

If true, it's all a bit pathetic.

Similar to in the stands. Da Silva is getting dogs abuse. They were booed off at half time.

A bit of money spent, a few good seasons and Doug being a little too ambitious with the 3/5 years of Play Offs has gone to everyone's heads.

We won't make the play offs but we're in the top half and a Quarter Final.

We're all a little annoyed at the work ethic of the new players but we can't turn a few problems into a crisis.

Not gutless like this, just disorganised as so many new players. Who’s the main man at the club now, the leader?

It's a deeper issue than one player. We've always been a little soft under Robins. We knew this last season.

Think there was an unrealistic expectation we would make the play offs again this season, after losing Gyok and the blow of losing Hamer late on in the window really it was going to be a rebuild season, think a lot of us got over excited and thought we were a cert for the play offs again.

The Torp signing was 6 months later than it should have been for this season and same with the Mason Clarke signing, 6 months too late to make an impact for this season.

Top half and an FA Cup quarter final is a good season for us.
