It was essential viewing in our house mum and dad loved it , then over to bbc 2 fir fantasty football and ren and stimpy

It was quite unique at the time though, you can argue 24/7 now on one platform or another.
Hilights were the Celtic supporter slating women's football and the pissed up alcoholic pontificating about drugs.

Yup. I really didn't remember that at all.

I wonder if she had something else lined up. Just seemed a little odd in some ways.

I think there were disputes over money and the "direction of the series" and stuff. There's a good fan website.

Loads of the Dad's army tapes were damaged soon after they aired the first time so couldn't be repeated but then in the 90's a set of copies was found on a dusty shelf and went back into the repeat run.

It's been on UK Gold or Dave, my Virgin Tivo box cleverly recorded a load that I didn't realise were on last year

I think one of the most under rated series must be top buzzer.
Was the starting point of a few well known carers including Stephen Graham.
Had it on DVD but it got chewed up by something.
Don't have a dog so probably one of the kids or a the menopausal wife.
