There has to be safe spaces for women. It really is that simple.

It's not knocking Trans, it's just making sure women are protected.

A lot of places are now having unisex toilets and I think that is a pretty safe way to go.

I agree that biological women should feel safe in a changing room or toilet.

I think the harshest thing here is that the trans women are getting the blame, when 99.99% of them will just be using the facilities as intended, where the biggest issue is potentially men using being trans as an excuse to perv etc.

I think unisex toilets are going to be increasingly common, but at the same time is that actually solving the problem or just making it so it can't be complained about? Why would biological women feel secure in a toilet that is knowingly commonly used by men, not just transwomen? Although it would be extremely rare, there would be a few sick minded individuals who would get a kick out of doing unspeakable things in a bathroom that they think will be used by a woman. And even then men aren't renowned for being the most accurate toilet users.

For me the biggest minefield would be in schools. Trans kids who don't feel comfortable using their biological sex toilets but unwelcome in their gender sex toilets. But no way could you trust hormonal teenage boys jostling for social status and peer pressure that comes with that to use unisex bathrooms without doing some unspeakable things in them.
