One of these games the football we are playing will produce better end results. Hopefully tomorrow our strikers etc will click and the goals will flow.

I am hoping it is going to be a really, really terrible game and be incredibly mind-numbingly boring, but that we win 1-0. Own goal.

WE've had two good refs last two games ,sounds like this one could be very influential in the result over 90 tommorow, think of the swansea match last year ,we absolutely bombed them for 70 mins, result 0-1 to them ,its not wholey realistic to dominate over the whole game ,the result is what matters .

Huh???????

Well, because until this morning I was under the impression I was going.

Daughter performing in Nuneaton and it was planned for 11 til 1. Now just got a message that it is on til 2.30 at least. Looks most unlikely I can now go up the Ricoh. I therefore want us to win but it to be an awful game so I don't miss much. :D

Nuneaton to Ricoh from 2:30pm....come on Otis you can make this! I doubt I will make it myself....Brinner is having a mass drinking session in the casino and by association I consider myself invited now.

I really hope we can put a 90min shift in tomorrow......scoring goals and playing for 90mins is the priority (obvious I know) but if we get 90mins and win we are surely going in the right direction?

I have my daughter with me though. She doesn't want to go to the game. Plan was at 1 to go over to my parents and drop her off there.

You think it will be okay to leave her in the car at Tesco's car park? :D

We put in 100 minutes last week so I fancy our chances over 90 tomorrow.

Crap.

We usually lose when I don't go.

Can't exactly say we win when I do go though really can I.

On the other hand, I have missed 2 home matches this season. Guess which 2 they were! I'm seriously thinking it's me!!

I can't believe you would let one of your kids make you miss a game. If she was mine she would get the choice of doing what she wants to do and then go to the game or not go anywhere. You would suddenly find she wants to go to the game.

If not then leaving her in the car at Tesco's would be looking favourite :D

A good win tomorrow is expected. Cody will get a brace and we will let one slip but end in positive territory at 3-1.

I could take her. Last time though she lasted 34 minutes.

Which to be fair to her is a lot longer than many of the City squad.

Make her go, and make her stay until the end, if she wants to go to her Nuneaton thingy. Tell her that life is about learning to compromise, and sometimes you have to do things you don't really want to in order to make people you love happy :D

She is very intelligent actually, but is only just 7.

I've used such logic to make women of all ages do things they didn't really want to....

Females in general, really. Although yeah there is a crumb of innuendo in there if you want it!

I suppose as a manager I used other lies, ie motivational tools and incentives, to get people to do things they didn't want to (both genders). Or even to think they wanted to do things they didn't want to. Just get more manipulative!

Be careful with her Otis. My second youngest daughter is inteligent. She is 9 now. She took her SATS early last year. Got results of the level of a 14 year old. She does as I say most of the time but the wife don't have a chance with her. She worked out quickly that I never change my mind but also she can win small battles with me for good behaviour.

Good luck mate, you will need it :)
