If you went abroad somewhere which had a different main language you didn't speak and a crime was committed on you, you'd want help with the language barrier to get assistance and report the crime I assume? If it wasn't provided you'd say they were racist.

I sometimes feel cheated because many people have a religion to turn to when they need it.
