Sorry that 15% was 2016. it said on the radio the other day it’s gone up double. So based on 15% that’s 4 times higher in proportion within the population of Muslims. what does that tell you?
So the muslim number doubled after 2002. I wonder if this was due to anything that happened around that time. An invasion, murdering millions of people, a perceived war against certain people, torture camps, rendition. Just can't think of anything.

what are you waffling on about now? Some prisons now are a breeding ground for terrorists. Muslims have taken over prisons now and spreading hate but I can’t say that can I cos I’m racist

Yo can say what you like. It’s probably wise not to say it though because it isn’t true.

If you can't see the point then you're denser than the bricks you work with.

wow so because they can’t speak English they are gonna get raped? Well that’s a new one on me

No, they're saying that SOME of the people they see will need help with language, so they provide a service for that where required. That isn't the same as ONLY providing help to those with language problems.

If you went abroad somewhere which had a different main language you didn't speak and a crime was committed on you, you'd want help with the language barrier to get assistance and report the crime I assume? If it wasn't provided you'd say they were racist.

But if they do provide you with that help the foreign equivalent of you is reading it as "foreigners get special help while locals are left to rot". This isn't necessarily true - you just needed assisting in an additional way.

well we are in England where English is the language. when I go aboard I don’t expect the locals to have posters in the doctors saying if your English and white and just been raped here’s a number. it doesn’t work like that

Working class people are being treated like shit while others (the Syrian girl prime example) getting sympathy which is quite seriously embarrassing
Firstly the vast majority of people are saying the Syrian girl should not be let back into the country, and that's the mild response.

Secondly who do you think is treating white working class people as shit? A good place to start would be the government. Without wanting to stereo type Robinson's supporters I'm doubting many are voting for the Greens, Lib Dems or even Labour for that matter. They have a right wing POV and vote for a right wing party.

so it’s double standards then. why should a colour be targeted any different. That’s what we hear everyday yet only when it suits
Tbf it's a charity that supports rape victims of all races, they had a specific poster because women from certain communities are even less inclined to report rapes or seek support.
The massive irony is that Tommy is inadvertently going against a charity that will support victims of the same type of people as the grooming gangs.

The bloke is a hypocritical knobhead even if he makes some fair points on grooming gangs etc

the leaflet clearly states free and confidential support for black, Asian or ethnic minority on the leaflet. Why? does that mean white people dont get free support? here is the leaflet.

why is he a knobhead? speaking up against Muslim grooming gangs and looking out for working class people makes him a knobhead?

I'll tell you exactly why.

He drums up support against Muslims. Yes there are some real bad Muslims out there. But does that make all Muslims bad? Because what he preaches is hatred against Muslims.

You could say that Catholic priests have done worse than these grooming gangs. I hope he picks on Catholics next and drums up support for the hatred of all Catholics and Catholicism. Or is that wrong because they are mainly white and British in the UK?

Yes something needs to be done against the Asian grooming gangs. But white British people do the same. Yet they don't get the same notoriety. Why is that?

There are white child killers. There are white everything's. So should all white people be looked at with suspicion?

in the 70s and 80s it was rife within the Catholic Church, bbc, football, media you name it. it was kept under wraps and within a close circle. nothing was said and poor girls were raped. same thing happening now within the Muslim community where no one said anything and 1000’s of girls been raped. I never said all Muslims so take that back straight away. but facts done lie. 15% of prisons in2016 had Muslims in yet only 2.5% males in the uk are Muslims. that’s a scary stat which needs addressing but no one in the public domain say anything just in case they are called racist. it’s ridiculous. Look at this from a labour mp, that’s the problem do you not agree?

Let me break down the numbers for you

Muslim population is 5% half that to 2.5% and that give you male population Muslim in this country. so 2.5% overall but over 15% in prison. what a lovely religion hey. Let that sink in

You don’t know the numbers and you’re still lying in the way you’re attempting to break down the numbers that you don’t know.

The rumours are that there’s about to be another scandal coming out of the Catholic Church. The systematic rape and abuse of Nuns by preast’s. In terms of numbers everything else is going to be dwarfed by comparison. Apparently large numbers of preast’s have seen Nuns as little more than a concubine for centuries.

A 5 Live reporter went around the streets of Bethnall Green, ascertaining the feelings of the local residents on the matter.

All the local, traditionally British folk were dead set against having this girl back.

The reporter then went and sought the view from local Muslims and there was a bit more sympathy .........until the reporter mentioned about the girl showing no remorse. At that point 100% of them were then against having her back also.

Would you like to point out where I have said you said that? I didn't even quote you in any way.

The problem with someone who is passionate or biased on a certain subject is they only read the bits that interest them and ignore the rest.

Would you like to put your thoughts across on why Robinson always goes for Asian men and not anyone else? Yes something needs doing against grooming gangs. They are not all Asian. But if you listened to Robinson you would think they are.

The charity provides an equal opportunities service to all women, regardless of race, cultural background, sexual orientation, and disability. Women from all walks of life are welcomed and supported by Rape Crisis (Wycombe, Chiltern and South Bucks), and experience the Centre as a safe and appropriate environment in which to heal.

Rape Crisis (Wycombe, Chiltern and South Bucks) recognises that some groups of women who have survived sexual violence and abuse can face additional barriers to accessing services, including related to language and to the fear and/or past or current experience of racism and racial discrimination. As part of its commitment to accessibility and inclusion, it therefore offers a specialist service for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic women aimed at overcoming some of these barriers.

An image of a leaflet advertising this specialist BAME service was recently posted on social media with a misleading caption. Since then, Rape Crisis (Wycombe, Chiltern and South Bucks) has received a significant volume of abusive phone calls, messages and emails, many of which are of an overtly racist nature, and the police have been informed. These activities have disrupted much-needed service provision for victims and survivors of sexual violence and abuse of all ethnicities and backgrounds.

It's unfortunate that they are forced to clarify something so blindingly obvious, but that's what Stephen was expecting when he lit the touch paper and stood back waiting for angry 'realists' to do his bidding, bombarding a rape charity with considered points like 'so we can we rape white women now' and 'so you're saying only people not speaking English get raped' as he cultivates the brand of his fictional character, the true priority.

He's just "sticking up for the working classes" as clearly people working for charities as counsellors or support staff are not working class.

I was brought up by nuns from the age of 5 until I was 10½. They were the nastiest, evil, sadistic bitches I have ever known. I doubt if any of them were ever raped by our priest. He was too interested in the kiddies! I abhor religion of any kind. I am 100% atheist. Oh, and here's a couple of pictures of Nazareth House where I was incarcerated as a child. Thank god (if there really is one!) it's been knocked down to make way for a large housing estate.

My sister who's a nurse said some years back they had some nuns working on wards, and she thought they'd be compassionate etc, but not at all. Aggressive and strict and unsuitable for nursing.

They're a product / victim of their environment and when doctrines like original sin are drummed into you day in, day out, your perception of the world changes.

Thanks SBPete. I wasn't looking for sympathy but just wanted to let folk know just how I feel about religion in general. I sometimes feel cheated because many people have a religion to turn to when they need it. I don't, simply because I have no belief at all, but I wish I did, if you can understand what I mean.
I wrote my autobiography back in 2004 and had it published online. I believe BringBackRattles has read it. Not trying to build up sales (I only get 30p royalties!), but if anyone's interested in how kids in care coped like me in the 1950's and 60's, then the link to my book is:
www.lulu.com/shop/barry-adams/pater-noster/paperback/product-23827413.html
I think Coventry libraries have it as well, but a much smaller font size. I re-edited it recently and enlarged font size, so much easier on the eye.
