Straight red cards for dissent will result in a two-match ban, while dangerous tackles or violent conduct will result in a three-match banwhich can be raised to four or more games in extreme cases.

Presumably violent contact (retaliated when a tussle on the floor), so should be 3 (bloody hope so!)

From the BBC feed it said lashing out after a tackle... so violent conduct?

Just chatting to a mate who supports Rotherham and he's gutted as Smith is their key player. Will be a big loss. Their keeper has just made a couple of cracking saves and Wednesday are really pushing.

Both Rotherham and Wednesday are shockingly bad. Robins should show this game on a loop and tell our players it would be a disgrace to finish below either
