You would think that they would be happy to get the sale through quickly and the debt paid off!

Exactly!... but from what im understand is that the property sale price is less than the outstanding mortgage, so he could still owe the lender say 10k even after they have recouped the sale money.

He should of had a payment plan in place with the lender before even putting it up for sale.

If i pull out im back to square one, but how much longer do I wait!

Anyone who plays youth or amateur football that has a mic attached to them or a little camera in the goal deserves total disdain or if they’re adults a two-footer.
Fair enough they’re trying to make money with their limited ability, cos they’re obviously not good enough to be a pro cos they’d already be in an academy. Or they’re trying out for Baller League?

kind of annoys me the same way that Tubes from Soccer AM gets to play the BMW PGA pro-am at Wentworth when he’s shit at golf, but it’s on YouTube so it counts as a celebrity. I’d never be afforded that opportunity unless I started doing it myself.

I've had 2 weeks of a timeline full of Americans not able to comprehend why the Olympics aren't in American prime time for a start

People losing their minds because Olympians are turning down a trip to the white house and now Flavor Flav is throwing a huge party for them in Vegas and brands are falling over themselves to give them free stuff
