We don't have access to anywhere near enough data to highlight a possible replacement for him - but I think the three biggest areas that we need to cover are:
Work rate
Direct passing
Interceptions
We need to find a player who covers the ground that he did, isn't afraid to risk through balls and has the ability to spot players, and someone who reads the game in defence well enough to break up attacks.
I'm not as worried about replacing the goals, they're a bonus, I want us to replace the dynamism and ambition that he provided.

Would take him for depth but isn't starting over what we currently have IMO.What's Max Bird like? Seen him mentioned a few times. Never seen him play. He's clocked 140 apps at age 22, 6 ft. A few assists the last couple of seasons. Doesnt get goals.
