fuck me..the secret society have found me guilty by kanagroo court...see you all know best ( Nick/DOD and CM etc........)..its exactly as i said..you all pounce on peoplee who se views you disagree with !
Didn't you just say you aren't going to post any more in reply to me making a perfectly valid point to you?

It's almost as if you are just trying to get a bit of a flounce on the go and no interest in the actual points.

no............just proving my point and saying as i see it..have a go at the next poster!!!!
you should stop jumping on people you disagree with..calling themcouncil rent boys etc

Your’e fighting a losing battle, pal. Most threads are ruined by bickering, name calling and eventually being told to ‘fuck off’! Reasonable discussion is stifled by this and your view is only valid if you’re on here most hours of the day.

You might want to have a read back through the thread, then get your memory checked out.

The only person jumping is you it seems. I just pointed out the only way wasps lose a penny is if the council is found to be in the wrong, seemed to trigger you.

What discussion has he tried? You are both far too obvious.

What will happen is that I'll tell you to fuck off, then it will be "nothing that is said about the council on there is true because nick said fuck off".

Try to be original.

You still haven't replied to my points in reply to you, it's almost as if you have no interest at all in what is being said and just want to act a victim.

Again, not really an original act.

Read the thread for what? You aren't making any sense. You have no interest in the discussion.

It's pretty clear you are just trying to discredit this site because there will be people with brain cells who can see not just sisu are to blame.

Do you really think it isn't obvious?

Exactly. Then SISU pick up the ground at the accepted market value. Would they pay that?

Well the attached debt in the form of the bonds would essentially die with Wasps. All of a sudden the Ricoh is a lot more palatable and has a lot more potential.

How would it work with the bond if it's secured?

That’s the bit I struggle with. In theory the long-lease would be sold to cover the liabilities. However, I only have knowledge of what I would call the usual process of defaulting debt where there is one creditor, rather than x amount of creditors. The long-lease would never be sold for anything like the valuation that has repeatedly been placed on it, and this is something you’d expect to be factored into a standard secured lend. A bank for example would probably gear up to 50% of the value. I can’t recall the initial valuation but I don’t remember it being around £70m. They’d likely have to sell at a ‘loss’ and write off a portion of the debt.

Of course, I could be way off the mark as I don’t know much about the bond market....

Isn't there something about the lease extension falling away if they go bust, so ACL goes back to the remainder of the original 50 year lease. Sure I've seen something like that mentioned.

Imagine posting on a forum and being outraged at being disagreed with.

No secret society, just a group of city fans who use their heads to construct debate with one another so the hard of thinking tend to struggle.

Nick, can you create a sib forum for them to warm up, like a toddler pool?

Yes that is what would happen

Social media is madness, it isn't the usual "bickering" it's just strange accounts going all in.

How many council bots were embarrassed on this thread? 1, 2, 3. While reading this thread I just pictured someone on 3 devices having a conversation with himself.

It’s a distressing tactic, surely? Prove state aid, Wasps have to pay more and then go out of business, SISU pick up the stadium at a knock down price.
Hypothetically, the Long Lease would revert to the council if Wasps go out of business, meaning Council would have to sell short lease at the new non-state aid price (whatever that might be). Only way I could potentially see SISU gain out of this directly is if Wasps do end up in dire straights, they themselves could be available at a knock down price...

You really are a nasty, sneering and abusive piece of work to those who don't share the same viewpoint. It's also unfortunate (at best) that posts such as the one you have written are not immediately moderated and deleted. We're not always going to agree on many themes but resorting to 'just fuck off' to fellow fans in response to a counter viewpoint should be completely unacceptable in a forum read by a large cross section of our support (including kids).

I’d agree. But the reply was to a guy that was talking genuine bull and then trying to lace it with a cry for me attitude. I personally wouldn’t reply that, but I can understand why people did after he said he was leaving and then still tried to get the last word a dozen times after that.

What I don’t understand is i thought Sisu said the Ricoh was worthless and wasps paid more than zero didn’t they? How much did Sisu offer? Was it £30m that they said wasps should have paid? I am happy the council and wasps have a lot to answer but Sisu’s stance has caused the most damage to our club

Agree they are the main culprits, but did they have the luxury of time to complete due diligence and actually understand what was being bid for? In addition did they have the offer of the lease extension which is where the true value lies? I'm pretty sure that id CCC were up front about what was for sale, what that actually included, and the long lease was available for the £1m or so the council asked for, SISU would've bitten their hands off.

This is where you are getting things confused and blurred.

It's all well and good saying that SISU said the Higgs 50% share was worthless but then you then compare it to a 100% share with a 250 year lease.
