I think it became quite apparent that the bloke had done people over. The fact his Mrs and brother defended him then shat on him was a personal highlight.

But does seem that overall he got away with a 7K profit from other fans.

Was so glad we booked a minibus for this trip.

You missed out. The boat was brilliant. People moaned about the money aspect but forget that there were a 1000 boozed up Cov fans travelling along the Thames. Loved it.

Wasn't just the boat thing either was it? Without going back over the whole thread seem to recall he was charging families for holidays that didn't exist.

Yeah wasn't there trips to non city games in Europe that went wrong as well?

Did he not get sent down again last year? I'm sure someone said he been put away again???

I thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip. The only pain in the arse was the 40 minute queue at the bar. Great atmosphere .

I was thinking more, Martin Freeman. One, because he does look a little like Martin Freeman and two, because everyone is played by Martin Freeman these days anyway.

North Leics…...unfortunately
I used to buy a few pin badges off him… does anyone still sell them around the ground these days?

He's toned it down a bit from the booze cruise.
He's doing a "walk to Leicester" on Saturday - a charity walk for Zoe's Place - saw a donation link on one of the FB forums.
Hopefully it is legit!

I've ran boat trips in Brockway, Ogdenville and North Haverbrook and by gum, it put them on the map

crème de menthe isn't included mate.

In the end why would anyone go on a trip which is organised by an individual. Does he have public indemnity? It’s bonkers.

don't think I read this first time round. Made me realise I should use Simpsons memes more, reminded me crème de menthe is a thing, and taught me Grendel won't go down the pub unless the person that planned it has public indemnity insurance.

i also like how the number of people on the boats got larger as the thread and time went on, in a decade it will have been like woodstock on that boat
