Reputation wise.. Yes!... Form over the last 20 games pretty much suggests otherwise!

If the best manager we have had in a while gives us 11 points clear of 7th to 8 points behind 6th, then that surely just shows us how crap all our managers have been.

Doesn't point to anything positive about TM.

What are we trying to say about him, that he is just slightly not as bad as the others?

Personally I have never enjoyed going up to the Ricoh as much as I did from August to Christmas '15, I have never seen us actually play a brand of football, let alone one that is exciting. Something obviously went right in preseason last year and the previous times TM has got his teams into excellent positions at the turn of the year.

What has followed has cleary been nothing short of abysmal but I think we would be wrong not to give him till at least January.
