Wow this is encouraging. You must have some concrete evidence that sisu have been commuting fraud. This would fail them under FPP rules. Are you going to the police with the evidence?

It's a bit difficult when they don't submit accounts. But the fact they have argued over where the golden share is, threatened legal action, moved assets in players contracts, made it messy for any potential buyer...brings it close to putting in mechanisms to prevent other purchasers taking over the company which is illegal in company law. Lets face it some buyers were put off because they couldn't be sure what they were buying. Only SISU knew that.

The Football League were always going to be happy with the proposed bid because it saves them trying to sort the mess out through the courts. SISU have done us good and proper. Not the first time I've made these points.

What is 'commuting fraud' is that when the team bus picks up the lads for the 1st home match in Coventry, and then drives them all to Walsall?
