After playing 80 mins of pre-season. Brilliant isn't it. Also considering Kastaneer was quite impressive in pre-season what hope is there for Hilssner? It's a joke that we write players off in pre-season. If he still like this in month or two then it's a different conversation.

Swindon deserve their lead, better side overall... City very sloppy in possession and nowhere near enough bodies moving forward in attack making us easy to defend against.

Drysdale, fadz and pask all poor first halves for me... Not sure drysdale is good enough to cover injuries etc.

Poor half tbh, missed Kelly in midfield too

Pask is no Dabo.

Baka is no Biamou (overhead kick attempt).

Allen very poor passing set up the goal and 2 other chances. Miss rose ability to bring it out and dabo down the right. Giles looks good, Baka can’t carry the attack on his own. Ohare and Allen look great just behind

Massive overreaction on Hilßner.
You can see he's got technical ability & looking to play some intelligent passes he's just well off the pace fitness wise which is not really surprising. Give him a chance.

Not sure hilssner good enough. Take him off, push Allen forward and kelly on. Drysdale and Pask not filling me with confidence. Get Hamer on ball more going forward. Either Baka got to use his strength or Godden on.
The Rangers game filled me with confidence...this game having opposite effect.

Positives: Hamer, Giles, O'Hare all look good (obviously we know what O'Hare can do).

Negatives: Look very shaky at the back. Look toothless going forward. Obviously early days but shows there's still significant work to do. Need CB, DM, ST at least I'd say.
