Cant see them being more than bench tbh with the 2 week break coming up
That's a shame. 2 players we miss a lot imo (expecting responses from people forgetting Rudi is one of if not our actual best player because he was injured.) I guess getting them back after the break is more important. We should really be able to put our foot on the neck of the league with everyone back.

He left for the money and the assumption they'd go right back up, he got the money alright but will now be stuck in this division for the foreseeable.
Not even the leaving that bothered me, it was the interview he did bemoaning Robins for dropping him at the back end of the 23/24 season, conveniently glossing over the fact he made it abundantly clear he had zero interest in signing a new deal - MR was very good to Callum and deserved a lot better than that in my opinion

He should have been front and centre of all we have got going on at the minute but he made his move and he has to own that, of course he will be better off money wise and that is the most important thing for a footballer but I bet deep down he would have been desperate to be wearing a Sky Blue shirt at full time at Bramall Ln the other week

Yet the ultimate soldier of fortune Kasey Palmer gets applauded in the first game of the season

He was dropped because his form fell off a cliff, no other reason imo.

I can see Ipswich picking up points in most games, they won’t lose many if any. For me it will come down to how many they draw and who to (Millwall/Boro).

We just need to keep going, I’d love to see us turn the screw and go on an unbeaten run now until the end of the season. We will stay out of reach while the others fight it out. That 6 game winning streak was massive but we HAVE to now finish the job.

Will from CWR just tweeted that Thomas AND Rudoni are 50/50 for tomorrow which is a bit more promising .Lampard also hoping to have Wright ready for Derby too.
Not sure if this has come from the pre match press conference but Lampard was giving nothing away as usual.

Said Haji doing well, won't be involved tomorrow and won't be going on international duty. Not really entertaining questions on Rudi and Thomas and just said we'll see.

May as well just play two up top, he can’t play as a 10.
In fairness, he did alright there earlier in the season. I'm happy with either, depends on the game. Tomorrow I'd be in the camp of starting Eccles though, bringing Asante on if we need a goal.

Eccles is a better all-round player than Asante. Asante runs around a lot and looks like a footballer ,which seems to make the opposition more aware of him. For me Eccles is ahead of him. However , they're both being shoehorned in as a 10.

van Ewijk - Lati - Kitching - Dasilva

Onyeka - Grimes

Sakamoto - Rudoni - Mason-Clarke

This is assuming Rudoni is back, Wright out injured, and Bobby not quite back yet. BTA, Esse, YMH away on Intl duty means less likely to get a start (those that had a chance anyways)
