Hopefully Burge is playing, he'll have a hand in the goals we score! Wonder if Willis will play to, think i read that he's injured

Hopefully him and kelly are back! Allen to come on after 60mins too... Also swap Baka for Hiwula if he's fit or play them both upfront

6-0 Sunderland - us to have a 1000 shots, Lee Burge has a blinder and saves all of them, Willis and McNulty to score hattricks with Sunderland’s 6 shots on goal

Who’s going? Difficult with only the 1500 available.
Regarding the game-hope we get at least a draw which I’d take considering the lack of options up front.
1-1.

Hoping for the win but predicting a draw here.
Will be a long day traveling with a night shift to follow unfortunately so the win will see me through nicely.

Who is fit for this?

Hiwula? Kelly? Will Allen have had any more minutes under his belt?

Confident whoever we pick can give them a good go. Would be hoping for three points here they’re nothing special.

I still think they are a good team and would be happy with a away draw

Wasn't particularly difficult, they were on General Sale this morning and haven't seen confirmation yet that they have sold out.

The 5-4 last season was just insane and with all the bad blood that's happened since, the Sunderland players will want to do everything make sure it doesn't happen again. With them adjusting to their new manager and struggling to get momentum, you feel they're almost due a win. It'd be typical for us for Burge and McNulty to have a blinder and win them the game. I do still see Sunderland as a threatening team so I'd be happy with an away draw.

Agree with you, it's a difficult game and they've got some decent players. McNulty is bound to find his scoring form at some point.

Funny thing is, McNulty only left the club less than 18 months ago and our first 11 on Saturday is likely to have only two or three players who played in the last team he was in (Hyam, Shipley and Kelly)

We need to really press Willis in possession as well, he can panic on the ball a bit

There's more pressure on them to do well at home and settle scores. If we keep our heads we can win this.

Will take a draw being going back & forth part of me feels we will get beat well up there with the crowd etc other part feels we play them off the park with ease...

can’t call this one if Baka scores all is forgiven though

Windy day, Burge attempts a clearance into the stands and accidentally scores from 80 yards. 1-0 loss...... or he drops the ball onto Bakas arse and we win 1-0.

Just reading their fans forum

“Saturday will be torture”
“They will turn us over”
“4 goals again but won’t be as close”

their fans do not fancy playing us what so ever...more I’m thinking about it with Liam Kelly back in there I feel they won’t be able to cope with the football we play.

Westbrooke shipley

They have a nasty trip down to Gillingham for a cup replay tomorrow night. Although it's not a priority for them, Parkinson has had such a patchy start in terms of results and performances I don't think he dare play a weak side, or he will get pelters (a new favourite word!). Hopefully Willis will aggravate his injury, McNulty and others will all get crocked. I'll take any little advantage we can get.

They barely rate McNulty, but think he at least tries. Wyke and Grigg are ten shades worse than 'Babayoko' in their eyes.
