Was he wearing a white Sunderland shirt & sun glasses and holding a beer ? There were 9 of us walking behind him (or someone similar) from where we parked having a sing song and he didn't say a peep, but we noticed once the police were in site by the coaches how he started giving it some to people in shirtsThey are absolute shithouses, there was a bald fella and his mate walking up past all the buses pre game, he was slamming on all of them calling everyone in a CCFC shirt in sight scum etc.
Me and my old man just decided to walk ahead of him, anyway comes to getting in the ground and noticed we had to walk a different way, so I have turned round and not knowing he was there right behind me kind unwittingly of bumped into him and then him and his mate have started pushing and shoving me before one of the police officers on the horses come over
They are just hostile scum, fuck them I genuinely as a fanbase wish them nothing but the worst
That was him, he started slamming the side of the Catteralls CoachWas he wearing a white Sunderland shirt & sun glasses and holding a beer ? Absolute whopper - he must have been early 40's as well. It's funnier as we were directly behind him going down that hill before you turned right to the coaches and he didn't want to know when there were a few of us, yet he he's happy to pick on individuals. Reading the above comments that sounds like it was a common theme yesterdayThat was him, he started slamming the side of the Catteralls Coach
Fucking idiot and your archetypical Mackem Wanker
The one in Spoons was only something minor and at the time we just gave them a laugh and thumbs up and went on our way. In isolation it was fine, bit it was just worth mentioning as it set the tone for the rest of the experience.I was in that spoons and thought it was fine (thats not to say it was for you). We were a group of lads so maybe we were left alone because of that? But we spoke to loads of Sunderland fans and everything was sound.
Was a load of Jimmys in a box on the way up to the ground, but I'm not asked about that.
I noticed how there were conveniently no stewards around, after a high risk fixture with that sort of ending it was completely negligent, the way they were acting anybody could have been indiscriminately picked off yesterdaythe set up at Sunderland is a joke
coaches were targeted before and after
After the game we were sat there while fans goading banging windows and not one police officer in sight
Few fights but could have been a lot worse
terrible organisation and coaches didn’t leave Sunderland till midnight
And we moan about the cbs and getting out. Sunderland is miles worse

Also worth noting that they failed to keep our players safe after the full time whistle last night
If the shoe was on the other foot they’d soon demand answers
You’d certainly be hearing about it if it was the other way round, that is for sureSurprise how little it's been mentioned really.
Let's see if the FA fine them...
We parked in their end , walked through got a few looks and a couple of comments carried on nobody did feck all
Nearly ? You tough bastardSomebody said I hope you lose to me and I nearly cried
You are absolutely off your tits, thinking your fans were getting picked off one by one
With respect your own fans have tried to do similar to Coventry for years , make us all out to be piss throwing nut jobs who try and batter women and children .. people in glass houses and all thatYou are absolutely off your tits, thinking your fans were getting picked off one by onemaking up any rubbish to try and make Sunderland fans look bad.
Seems you have an awful lot of fannies in your fanbase, getting upset over nothing.I was in that spoons and thought it was fine (thats not to say it was for you). We were a group of lads so maybe we were left alone because of that? But we spoke to loads of Sunderland fans and everything was sound.

I parked the car in your carpark “p7” on friday, in a small industrial area about 15 mins away from ground. We had strips on and the coventry fans walking up were spot on. Couple of boos but thats called banter, not abuse. Some people need to grow a pair. With respect your own fans have tried to do similar to Coventry for years , make us all out to be piss throwing nut jobs who try and batter women and children .. people in glass houses and all that

The jimmy hill thing still doesnt sit well with a lot of our fans. Personally i dont care, think the internet and social media has made it far worse than it was.Well obviosuly I agree with you but take a little look at your own forum whenever we play the vitriol coming from your fans about ours is worse than the other way around ..
Plenty of your support massively exaggerate the actions of Coventry fans every time we play you .. let's have it right Coventry never cared about sunderland but many in your fanbase struggled to let something go that happened 50 years ago and your online supporters created an issue .. thats the truth , it was an issue that wasn't there before

Mate listen its dont care sunderland would have done the same , you went down largely because you were poor the entire season but if your fans cling onto the 15 minute kick about then fine .
All I know is that sunderland created this issue with the hate we see today , we didnt
You are absolutely off your tits, thinking your fans were getting picked off one by onemaking up any rubbish to try and make Sunderland fans look bad.
I dont think any Sunderland fans hate coventry, not in the sense of hating newcastle. May be a bit more to the fixture than if we were playing a typical club like Hull or Preston for example, but nothing more to it than that. Coventry fans can walk around Sunderland city centre and drink in any of Sunderland's bars with no issues at all. No one got attacked yesterday, the worst thing is someone got booed walking past a whether spoons and some random bloke shouted jimmys in a box. If people think thats intimidating and scary then I suggest you avoid ever going to Millwall away or anywhere abroad.

Why do you think I'm lying about it?
Numerous reports of your fans targeting people.
Shame the Channel 4 cameras weren't there like last season when it showed your fans acting like plonkers all over.
Coventry is a pretty large tough city thats had its fair share of historical set backs ..
A small minority might care about words , let's remember one of your fans shouted at a statue so fragility definitely is a thing up north too
P.S we usually sell out millwall
I’d managed to forget about them shouting at the statueCoventry is a pretty large tough city thats had its fair share of historical set backs ..

Not quite everywhere but your away support is very goodwe sell out everywhere
Simply not true. If your fans were “being picked off” as you have claimed, it would have been on the news. your making up 1970s style hooligan nostalgia to try and make Sunderland fans look bad. So far we have zero evidence of these assassinations taking place.
Assassinations?
There were made to look bad on an hour long Channel 4 documentary last year. Laughable fake hooligans in jackets which cost the same as a 3 bedroom house in the Sunderland suburbs.
you seem to really hate Sunderland? Haha.
also a quick rightmove check of coventry suggests your house prices arent too dissimilar to the city of Sunderland, not that any of that matters. Also, half of Sunderlands fanbase are from outside of Sunderland, mainly county Durham.
Check again.
I don't particularly like them no, cause bother every time we've played but it always seems to be our travelling fans getting the blame.
i have checked again. Seems like Coventry still has a thing for window nets. I haven’t saw them for at least 25 years haha.
I'm sure you haven't, I mean what is the point in window nets when you can't afford the glass for the window anyway.i have checked again. Seems like Coventry still has a thing for window nets. I haven’t saw them for at least 25 years haha.
Good numbers but generally quietNot quite everywhere but your away support is very good
