To suggest all the manager has to do is get tactics right is a bit odd.

Depends which team turns up. We have both shat the bed and risen to the occasion in big games this season.I think that if we fall short it'll be because we don't handle the occasion.
We have some very talented players but I sense there might be too many who'll be intimidated by the intensity of the evening.
