Good job we are at the right end of the table, otherwise I might have had to say to here "we're going down."

Nah. Not having that. Not as a given anyway.

I honestly think the score could be anything. An easy win for them, and easy win for us, a 0-0 bore draw, or a 1 nil either way. Obviously if in our favour that means extra time.

I don't think it's a forgone conclusion at all that Sunderland will win.

If we go all the way to the Prem what do folks think season ticket prices will go up to £700 plus?

Obviously not... Liverpool's cheapest season ticket starts at around that.

I’m pretty relaxed about later on. I just feel that we need to have another season of progression into a solid top 4 team. By that I mean cementing ourselves in the play-offs early in the season and having the quality to stay there.

Exactly my view. That is the next stop for us

Yer, same. It's either going to be expected or brilliant. And even then we've got SU to beat

I actually think we'll play it cagey tonight and would be happy with 0-0 (or o-o) after an hour. Their fans will get more nervous the longer it goes level. If we then get the first goal, then I think we'll get a second.

Looking at the betting tipsters on line ,there are not many going for a Sunderland win in 90 minutes, most are predicting a draw or a Coventry win in 90 minutes

got that feeling that 2nd goals done us, I would of taken a draw after 90 mins, just hope we don’t go all guns blazing for the early goal and they do what they did Friday, don’t have to win it in 90 mins, just win it

To suggest all the manager has to do is get tactics right is a bit odd.

We are also entirely beatable having lost over 30% of our games this season

We also have Coco the Clown in goal and no tactics are legislating for that

Can I just shock you; the better that managers tactics, the more likely a positive result.

I also stated the big players need to turn up as well as getting the tactics right.

Poor trolling, especially for such a big match.

Even if we don’t score until the 95th min it’s still game on, 100% we score, just hope we’ve got a clean sheet in us

Really want to be positive, but just can't see us causing them enough problems that will be enough to win. May nick a draw, but my head is telling me it'll be relatively straightforward for them. 2-0 is my prediction.

I think that if we fall short it'll be because we don't handle the occasion.

We have some very talented players but I sense there might be too many who'll be intimidated by the intensity of the evening.

Gyokeres and Hamer carried our attack through the Boro second leg two years ago, I just don't see that inner strength in our attacking players this time round.

Hope I'm proved wrong obviously.

Depends which team turns up. We have both shat the bed and risen to the occasion in big games this season.

Some, but not many (definitely not Rudi) - reckon only 2 or 3, and we'll have enough of a base. plus cash from sales (including Vik) to be even stronger next season.
