Had this problem and after 40 mins it randomly worked. Guess just keep trying and it’ll work eventually. On the plus side, this shouldn’t sell out fast so you have a bit of time

Don't know where you're sat but just got a response about mine in B35, R36 from the ticket office

I can confirm your ticket is not in the designated 'family zone' area.

I bought mine in the 1300s and picked block 35 the family area it was block 35 or 37 open at that stage!
