They wouldn’t ask 40m. The villa clause is 35 and he’s barely played this season. Didn't realise his contract is up next year, his injury problems are a worry though regardless of fee, he’s barely played this season due to Villa not wanting to trigger the obligation, but he’s been on and off injured anyway (including currently)They wouldn’t ask 40m. Great shot stopper, was phenomenal until he wasn’t at Arsenal. Bit of a shithouser, still young for a keeper, and you’d think he’d be available when he returns to Southampton.
