If so then that comes with the ownership of the 'whole' stadium complex including casino etc. I expect the hotel is leased out, so assume wecontrol that and earn from it. The casino maybe leased too and the exibit halls I will assume will be an asset we also control to rent out.
A full repairing and insuring lease will mean the upkeep is on us, but the potential increase in business avenues, and I also assume car parking facilities?.... will be huge.
I would like to see what the details are exactly, and whether we bought it lock, stock, and barrel so to speak.
Either way the football clubs value has now changed over night!
