looking at squad from 20/21, we had 47 players including loans, and youth
since then, weve kept 8 players (kelly, allen, ohare, wilson, sheaf, godden, eccles, and tavares)

whats the likelhood, prem or not, that we have 8 players from this current squad in 4 years time?

Part of the process. Torp will be gone for 15m by next year and we'll invest in another random player from Sudan or the Cook Island's.

Modern football - high player turnover the norm. COVID actually "stunted" the norm due to the lack of cash in the system for the first normal season after lockdown. Long-serving players (more than 5 years) seem a rarity at any club

You want players to be ambitious and to try and improve and move up.
Will be interesting to see where Calum ends up….
We just need to make sure we buy well when funds free up.
