I hope PH4 doesn't buy us in the future. He's only interested in the arena and the surrounding land. He'll also charge us millions to play in our own ground.

I haven't searched. Why would I? You peddle your "hunch" as truth when it's not. No one knows either way.

You see some would ask you if you know this as fact or who your source is.

Others would know this is a forum and that this is your opinion and they would get on with just agreeing or disagreeing with you.

That my friend, is the ranting incoherence that the few people on here that manage to think for themselves and express that with clarity are up against. Of course it is simply dismissed as "Pro SISU" - still worth us having a go through- not everyone thinks the same way.

IMHO I can't see SUESUE taking on the Guardian. We know that the vast majority of what was said to be the truth. If it came to court the whole truth would come out. All of us should want this.

BTW NW still waiting for your reply

Very possibly, just as little spent on the expenses!

You know you're in trouble when you have to bid on a bottle of whisky in the charity auction just to get some alcohol down your throat... and I don't even like whisky!

Allowing ACL the opportunity to operate without the club there and make more money without the club than with apparently.

In fact it seems that the club leaving the Ricoh has made ACL a far more profitable business than it was before, so all right thinking taxpayers and supporters of local charities should be thankful that the millstone of the club has been removed from The Ricoh's neck.

To say "In fact it seems" is an oxymoron, either it is a fact, or it seems. Which is it? I only ask as in fact it seems you have an obsession with facts.

OSB said it was the case, so it would have to be a Gold Standard fact, with added kite marks of quality.

So let's sum up.

Sisu are a terrible owner, who in 6 years have got us relegated, led us to Administration, sold off most assets whilst increasing the debt to 70m and moved us to Northampton as leverage to get their hands on The Ricoh. They have reduced revenue by 80% and gates by 10,000. They have disaffected and divided the fanbase as never before and have now threatened supporters with legal action for posting a link to a newspaper story.

and some still act as if they, our owners, are a bit of a side show in all this. They point anywhere else they can but never at the owner, who are responsible for the stewardship of this club.

So according to lordsummerisle, acl and ccc have apparently threatened to sue supporters of the club. His source for this is Deleted member 5849.
Shouldn't this be a thread on its own?

LOL -- as if I need to have "credibility" from a clown like him.

This club was deemed to die the day it had to sign an unworkable agreement from a greedy, selfish council. Whoever was in charge the point would have come where destruction was inevitable due to inherrent uncompetitiveness.

Strangely the club has never faced administration or liquidation in 120 years until into had to work with the caring, sharing council. Strangely many other clubs work very well with their councils and stranger still their arrangements are far, far superior to ours.

Unless that relationship ends the club is dead.

The club was deemed to die the second it was taken over by a hedge fund that didn't do its due diligence into agreements it already had.
