I understand what you say and unfortunately with owners like ours we cannot be sure what the hell their plans are, but can you state as "fact" that they wouldn't ? after what we have consistently seen from Sisu, expect the unexpected and prepare for the worst case scenario, then at least if they do try and do the right thing (I know, I started laughing when I typed that) we might start to try and get on track and get back to playing in Coventry. I wouldn't hold my breath though.

Misread that first time. I have never said about knocking the ground down. To me they would never get permission for it anyway. What I have said is they would get the ground and charge a high rent or even liquidate our club. And as they are the main creditor the ground would be theirs to do what they want. The reason I wouldn't want them as owners of the freehold is as long as it is in the hands of anyone that cares about our football club, our city and us fans is that if they do liquidate we would still have a ground to play in when we have to start again. They couldn't hold us to ransom. No not the bloke who was part of SUESUE when they first took us over before you say it But I wouldn't have as much of a problem with it if they paid the going rate for the ground. Less of a chance of them doing it.

I see you are still looking Lord. So are you saying it was ACL/CCC that have threatened our own fans with litigation?

You say "would", not "could" or "might" so you are stating it's a fact.

When I have mentioned it in the past I am sure I have always said might. Show me any difference if you are so cocksure of yourself in throwing about your allegations.

I am also glad you trust them not to do as I fear.

I understand on here Torch when you point out when someone says they know something as fact.

What is quite childish is when someone on here expresses their opinions they now have put caveats (in my opinion or my guess. )

Otherwise they get the same thing thrown back, do you know that for a fact, even at times when they have stated its their opinion.

This is a fans forum for people to express their opinion. I think unless someone says I know this for a fact or they have declared themselves as someone in a position of authority on the matter.

We should assume its a persons opinion.

I was seeing if you've posted up those interest rates yet.

And in answer to your question, apparently yes, or certainly an individual connected to them.

Torch knows what he is doing. I state my fears are what they would do. That means I have stated what they would do. Just the SUESUE way of stating the facts

And are you saying that CCC couldn't get a lower rate than ACL when SUESUE have tried their best to distress them?

With somebody "apparently" so litigious it would be stupid not to.

Of course somebody from ACL could come on here and categorically deny that it has ever happened, in which case, non-case closed.

Got those interest rates yet?

Who knows? Well, you don't apparently.

Sisu haven't been distressing ACL anyway, another one of those "facts" bandied around.

Ah so why not pay rent and go for the JR? Why not go back to the Ricoh for free this season?

In fact why bother at all?

@ lordsummerisle.............Funny how Judge Males in the first case threw out SISU's claims in the JR....With this piece written by SISU's favourite Reporter Les Reid.................................................... “Indeed, Mr Justice Males has made the reasons for his judgment very clear. We note, in particular, his reference to the withholding of lawfully owed rent by SISU as a means of exerting pressure on ACL in commercial negotiations, which had led to an unsatisfied judgment in the High Court in ACL’s favour.”.......Are these facts enough for you, or do you call the findings of a Judge irrelevant? “We are also pleased that Mr Justice Males has included in his judgment the decision that ACL’s costs in relation to this dismissed case should be borne by SISU.”

The only thing we know as a cast iron fact regarding media legal threats is that the Trust, a body set up to represent the supporters has been told by lawyers representing our owners to remove a link to a story about our plight in a national newspaper from their website in case of legal action against the Guardian.

Any suggestions that any other media outlets or personalities have been threatened with legal action is unproven.

So no joy in your search to find where I have said what you say I have

And you also don't know they wouldn't. I am glad you don't have any fears for our clubs future like the vast majority of us do.

Not saying it was at the time that Sisu have at all.

It pre-dated it.

I hope PH4 doesn't buy us in the future. He's only interested in the arena and the surrounding land. He'll also charge us millions to play in our own ground.

I haven't searched. Why would I? You peddle your "hunch" as truth when it's not. No one knows either way.

More like you accused me of something I never said. And nobody knows whether my "hunch" is correct or not. You say it's not true then straight away that nobody knows :claping hands:

Last comment from me for a bit on this thread......and peace to all. We all only want what is best for CCFC after all.

How come after knowing they will threaten our own fans......which is what the SBT are..........do some still try their best to stand up for SUESUE?

Who is standing up for SiSUE(which does work better than SUESUE, which sounds more like a Buddy Holly outtake)?

If you're not Pro-SISU, you've all got a funny way of showing it...Why go to great length's to disprove Anti-SISU posts?....Don't say it's for "Balance" Surely that is for SISU followers to do

There is enough bad stuff about Sisu that is true out there, over-egging it just dilutes the core argument.

I agree about all the true stuff about SISUE. Everything else said about them don't over egg as you say. The only time to believe them is when they come out with bad news

What it's been since the beginning really.

Hedge-funds and the like shouldn't be allowed within a million miles of running a football club.
