do it at the ricoh after every home game aswell, problem is sisu never have any ppl there other than the board members that shield them from the crap.

so we need to go to their head office to show their top brass that we aint gona stand for it anymore.

causing a scene in the middle of london will get in the prerss down there locally and they wont like it 1 bit, then do the same for millwall game if they are still here and so on.

we need to piss them off as much as possible.

Tbh, we'll have to create quite a fuss to get noticed in London, especially at the moment. Maybe take a leaf out of the rioters book (oh wait no, they don't read...) and torch the *****' offices? They might notice us then.

I think you've mis-judged most fans Brinner, we do care about the club, believe me we really do. It's breaking my heart to see the state we're in, but look at the Glazer family. They haven't buggered off after a real concerted effort from United fans and people still argue Hicks and the shaving bloke only left after they were shafted by the bank.

You have to remember, these guys have thrown money at something and it hasn't worked like it usually does in their business. They're now scrambling to make just a little bit of money to save face, us going down to the big smoke and making noise won't even register to them. Unless we torch it...which we're not going to do because we're not bloody animals.

The only thing we could do is a stay away from the games and that hurts us, the club and the community. Sisu know they aren't popular, they're looking for a way out and until that comes all we can do is put our hands together, bow our heads and pray to any God that we don't get shit on again.

The best way to make them take note is by not putting money into the club......but then that would fuck us over even more.

We need to put all our efforts into supporting the team, any efforts aimed at letting SISU know our feelings are pointless simply because it's going to play out regardless of what we think or do.

i havent botherd getting a season ticket this season, im not giving sisu another penny, gona do my head in not going the home games but sisu have put paid to that i will only go home games if i get a ticket off somebody who cant go etc, its just away games only for me this season.

problem is 8000 other ppl have got season tickets, sisu must be sat there pissing themselves at that as its gave them licence to get out a nice loan to pay this summers wages.

sounds like ben turner is going to be sold now so thats sisus promised funding for the season sorted, will that sale make a few fans stand up and decide to do something? or will it take further sales of clingan and juke??

if nobody can be arsed to do anything thats up to them, il be going down there next tuesday to have a word (as long as there is an office or something there and not just a post box!) wont make any diffrence but i will stll do it on my own if i have to.

at least im prepared to go down and at least have a look.

gona be in london that day anyway for palace away so may aswell, il just take me mates nice new created banner down and try and get in the offices with it.

mite not make any diffrence but at least its a start, hopefully things wil lstart to gather pace once turner is sold.

Honestly, what do you hope to achieve with that?

A few drunken fans with a city flag.......do yourself a favour and have another pint or 2 instead!

typical cov fan mentality!

we got too many fans that dont give a fuck thats our problem!!

lets just carry on sitting back then and watch sisu dismantle our club and run it in to the ground on way to league 1 for a few relegation battles in that league.

Typical moron mentality. Turn up after a day on the drink with a City flag and it'll solve our cashflow problems of which SISU didn't even create in the first place. You don't even know what your protesting for!

You've got more chance of being arrested (if you do try to enter their office) than achieving anything. And without wanting to piss on your chips, most office's are closed at weekends!!!

Sorry Brinner but I think we have too many fans that don't UNDERSTAND our problem.
You are blind to the fact that our current owners actually are keeping the club alive and by balancing income and cost tries to keep the club alive with a future.

You say SISU are dismantling the club - how exactly are they doing that??? They have loaned the club a shit load of money, charging NO interest and have not taken anything out to cover a single penny of these loans.

You say they run the club to the ground - how are they doing that? I will give you that the OLD board with Ranson and Hoffman mismanaged the club to a point where we could have gone under, but the NEW board are doing their best to recover and stabilize the club.

You talk about relegation as a certainty - well if we are certain relegates how come we wasn't turned over completely by one of the certain promotion candidates?

You do realize that all that protest rubbish will only destablize the team? Their moral will 'certainly' get hit if they don't feel the supporters are behind them and the club. Why would they bother if all they hear is fans moarning?

Ah, ok. But to make my point again, most offices are open 9-5 and if you enter after having had a few drink's the police, no doubt, will be called.

I'm such a huge Newcastle fan that I appear to know more about the problems this club is sadled by than you. Ok, wasn't aware it's a weekday fixture but I do know SISU have kept this club going, putting in money they realise they aren't going to get back and taking us on after the previous cretins did everything in their powers to completely fuck us (fans and club) over. Not a SISU backer like it would appear, I'm just a reasoned guy who know's we could be in a much worse position had it not been for SISU.

they are keeping the club alive by securing loans based on future income and look like they are going to now sell our best player yet again to a local rival, they are not spending any of their own cash to do this.

sisu wanted the ricoh, council will not sell it to them so they no longer give a shit about ccfc and they want their money back and will not put anymore of their own money up.

so they are getting loans out on future income to pay bills and wages now, thery have mortgaged the training ground also to do this, every year they have sold our best player(s) to do this, had we had any big bids for juke clingan cranie they would have gone this summer, looks like it will be turner this time.

they continually lie to us, wheres the "franchise player" we were meant to have the dsame budget as last year according to clouting, we were having a meeting a few months back with the council according to the new chairman, ranson and hoff wanted to flog thomas according to brody.

they are now being very clever appointing new "board members" so basically ccfc are paying their wages for sisu another way of creaming the club.

any how can a protest destabalise the team and effect morale when the team will be in south london down at selhurst preparing for a game while we would be in west london over 4 hrs before kick off?

Hi Godiva, really please you typed that out as it's saved my fingers. It amazes me that fans of all clubs want a "the board out" but in the majority of cases this would make the club insolvent.
It seems that fans believe that there will be companies lining up to purchase a business that can almost guarantee them a £20m initial loss and then it all depends on some random overpaid assets on if you get any kind of return.
As much as it's hard for everyone to get, really SISU sould be congratulated on keeping the club going. I know if I were them I would just say "F*ck it", especially if my offices were entered by some louts. Then they would have no club.
Business is business people and from ManU fans down to League 2 you are suporting a business that wants/needs a return for investors. It's no different to choosing to support Dixons and sitting outside moaning about overpaid managers and clueless boards. The only difference is that you wouldn't have to pay £30 a ticket and you could sit and watch something entertaining in the window :p

their office hours are 8am to 6pm.

not gona go there drunk or anything like that, will drive to stanmore, get the train down to selhurst but will make a detour en route to sisu hq, not goin there to smash anything up or cause trouble.

be nice just to let them know we know where they are hiding and that 1 or 2 of us die hards actually do care for this football club and what they are doing to it.

is a shame nobody else can be arsed to do anything, they will all be well chuffed next season when were in league 1 with a team full of kids.

Spot on!!!

Going to be interesting (wrong word!!!) to see how many parties are interested next summer when SISU have vowed to stop funding the club/the losses. Admin could be on the cards (although I doubt it as the money is in effect mostly owed to SISU) if a buyer can't be found. Also be interesting to see how differently a new party would run the club.

Fair play to brinner for trying to make a difference. Unfortunately, there are too many SISU apologists and people who live there lives saying "yes, sir, three bags full sir" about.

The spirit and fight has been slowly drained from our once great nation. Sad times.

Alway's find it funny that the staunch SISU supporters at the begining are the first ones to turn on them.

And edgy, perhaps the apologists are thankful that we have a Championship football club to back/support and apreciate the likes of Dann, Best (not a SISU buy but paid for by them!), Fox, Westwood, Gunnar etc having turned out in sky blue instead of the greats like Andy Impey, James Scowcroft, Paul Watson, De Zeuw, Arpexhad etc etc fucking etc

Great post Edgy - it is good to see that you respect people with a different oppinion from yours.
Congratulation on your MBA in management, when and where did you graduate?

Oh btw - I didn't realise this is now a national problem.

edgy/brinner, please just answer one question: Without SISU how would you have funded the club over the last few years?

Oh a couple of provisos: you can't borrow money that would be "mortgaging our future" and that includes interest free loans from the owner like Leicester, Chelsea and Man City (and us) are doing.

Also, you can't sell any players as that would be "asset stripping".

Fair play to you Brinner, you wear your heart on your sleeve and you're willing to try, even though you know it's probably not going to make much difference. I'm tempted to come with you if I can get the day off work. I'll have to nip back to my mums to grab the SISU OUT banner, though!

Why dont we get the rioters in Tottenham there to help us out. I'm sure they will be more than happy to cause a bit more trouble :)

What the fuck are you babbling on about? I didn't graduate, I dropped out after two years of hedonism.

Nothing to do with respecting others opinion. I respect brinners stance. Deal with it.

If I knew the answer to that, I wouldn't be struggling to make ends met for my family.

I certainly would've kept city fans Hoffman and Elliot as important cogs in the CCFC framework. They can relay exactly what the real fans want and feel. And I would've tried my darned hardest to keep to Ransons plan of buying the unearthed gems, polishing them and selling them. And then replacing them and starting again. SISU have completely ditched good plan to recoup what they can before upping sticks and fucking off. The sooner the better, for me. Give us some direction again.

I wild welcome Ranson back, as it goes. So there. Na na.

I saw Port Vale fans on the Midlands news protesting against their board. If Port Vale fans can be bothered to protest then why can't we? It might not make any difference but at least the people that protest will be able to say we did something and if the worst does happen and CCFC dies all those who did nothing will have to live with the fact that THEY LET THEIR CLUB DIE. :blue:

Did you imagine an orchestral score hitting a crescendo as you typed that final line? Maybe some slow-motion footage of soldiers being shot?

[facepalm]

The same Joe Elliott that was on the board helping to make the decisions that has the left the club in the position it finds itself in now? The same Joe Elliott who played a big role in bringing in SISU (you know, the ones you don't like so much)?
