4. Would be my choice because they are no doubt the major stumbling block so far as SISU are concerned. But who would buy ACL?. CCC maybe? How would Judicial review proceed then?

Suspect that likely choice will be 2. Groundsman has gone and suspect egg chasers will have their own groundstaff. Just guessing.
