'Had 5 at the top of the pitch' ( his words) and 6 defenders AND the goalkeeper in the penalty area for Wrights equaliser!!!
'Leaving the middle of the park wide open' there were 5 defenders in the penalty area for Rudoni's winner '

What is he on about?

Not sure where you parked. We parked in the Waitrose. Spoke to a few Blades' walking back afterwards and they were complimentary but all said they were the better side, but we were more clinical and maybe "wanted" it more.

They also slagged off Wilder. Called him a dinosaur.
Funnily enough we parked at the same place. It was more the fans immediately outside of the ground heading back to the town centre that were lairy, once we got past the row or takeaways it seemed to weed out the dickheads.

Tbf to them, we went to the Spoons around the corner from the car park for a few beers (The Sheaf island or something) and it was a good mix of home & away fans in colours with no hint of trouble - just a lot of students in fancy dress !

He thinks they had enough back to deal with the danger and shouldn't have conceded in the ways they did.

I mean, he's right, really.

The more the merrier. I'd be surprised if anyone likes the pricks tbh.
they're above leicester by a country mill in the dislike stakes for me. petty bitterness but that penalty shoot out made 9 year old me cry lol scars are still there..

Them being absolute shithouses managed by Neil Warnock and Chris Wilder with a horrible fanbase with a sense of entitlement based on winning something before the entente cordial was a thing just amplifies it.

They think they are a really big club it’s weird

Wednesday are the bigger club

Size wise they aren’t even close to Wednesday. Home attendance last night was 23-24K which isn’t good when you’re usually at the near the top.

weren’t they in the lower leagues almost the entire time we were in the top flight?

Rushworth has single handily destroyed blades fans. The head loss from them is immense

I think it does a lot to potentially ruin their playoff hopes. They need to be very good to have any kind of chance of getting up there, so a loss last night is a big reality check, and they know it. The fact it was against us makes me feel good to be honest. They really are a bunch of cunts.

I like wilder , ive said that many times .. hes a good manager
I like how he talks about the game for sure. Very refreshing compared to the new generation of media trained managers who recycle the same buzzwords and cliches like 'behaviours', 'moments' and insist on playing out from the back because it's the 'in' thing to do.

I maintain that in the top flight he's been found wanting, like Warnock was too. Lots of respect to both for what they achieved in the EFL though.

Wilder appears to have a soft spot for us. But he does talk a load of bollocks in his post match interviews
He was very nearly our manager once I believe!

It was a toss up between him and Robins after we sacked Andy Thorn - Only reason we didn't proceed is probs because SISU were too tight to pay Oxford compo

100% everybody loved when we were wanky coventry and they could all laugh at us ..

Now we get have the biggest crowds in the EFL and the best Young Manager in the EFL and are going back to the premier league
Fact is we’ve spent most of this century competing with various limbs tied behind our back…now we’re on a level playing field. Remember Aidy Boothroyd saying anyone who delivered success at this club would awaken a giant-he wasn’t the man to do it but I always agreed with the sentiment.
