Gyökeres will be a really positive influence this season I think. He's better than a lot think he is.

Josh Eccles and Jack Burroughs. Both gonna be superstars for us.

I can't wait to see JB in his natural position

It is a kick about in the sun. Seville are way above our skill set, keep the ball and pass it well.

For us it is about minutes in legs and basics like keeping our shape.

I predicted some of the reactions before I come on here. We really are supported by a group of meltdown Charlies.

Bapaga needs some game time next year. Whether that’s coming off the bench for us or on loan somewhere else. Seems to have something about him would be a shame to just play u23’s for another year.

Second half the real positive was Bapaga for me. Comfortable on the ball, not overawed by the opposition and looked like a player.

Their defender is arguing with the referee after the final whistle because of a decision to give us a free kick which didn't give them any trouble.

They won 4-0. What a goon.

Result doesn't mean much and they're a fair few steps up from where we are.

But have to admit a few bits of keeping and positioning from Moore were worrying. Hopefully just a bit rusty and will get better.

Agree, but just the same it doesn't mean we'll be champions if we beat them 8nil as today, but the hyperbole will be similarly proportionate.

First game of football they’ve played this pre-season. Means nothing.

Good workout in the blazing heat to get them for for the season.

We still have more players coming plus we are missing O’Hare, Bright etc.

I think we did quite well considering our opposition but if it was Arsenal I would have been worried at that score line

Not too worried about the result - but do you think their No. 35 might be interested in a loan spell?

Not impressed with the Sevilla stadium though, I was expecting something a bit bigger. This was more how I picture the Fisher/Warwick Uni Arena.

Good work out, and great for the younger players to pit themselves against quality opposition and see where they can improve.

In reality we arnt going to face anyone as good as them this season, so not too bothered by the score.

MR will have learnt some useful points, like Gyokres and Waghorn look promising together although they had precious little to work with, Jones did well, Bapagra looks promising, and the keeper is still an area of concern.

Not blaming anyone but on his first showing it didn't go unnoticed he needs some work, Allen ran about a lot and is decent on the ball if he passes it quickly but always seems to be too late getting to tackles often the ball has been moved on..Shipley didn't do too much either and Walker hardly seen the ball but its got minutes into everyones legs and a decent workout in the heat

Do you really think anyone can learn anything from that? Pretty sure if Robins was asked what he thought he’d say “it was a decent workout” or something like that, I don’t see how any conclusions at all can be made, good or bad

Apart from the new kit looks

Knocked some rust off, Bapaga looked bright when he came on, I'd like to see him break through this season, a fitness exercise and no more
