To be fair , what I can take from this is that when we started with a strong team , we gave a good account .. from the minute we kicked off this second half it's been totally about fitness

Great friendly, shows how far away we are from the top, but a great workout and minutes in the legs. Means nothing and probably wouldn't have even if we'd somehow won. Cheer up, 3 weeks to go lots to change and we'll be fine.

There was a little bit of me that hoped that the new shirts were going to be Hypercolor style and that the flames and phoenix would slowly turn red from bottom to top as the player's got warm. Would also settle some debates on here too because we could all see who is actually lazy and who isn't then.
