If your burner does NOT have NFC, you can open ticket, scroll down to settings and untick "hold near terminal to use"
This will turn your NFC ticket into a smart qr code that changes every 30 seconds.

I know of 4 people now who’s carer season ticket isn’t linked to the main tickets email address so hasn’t been sent. Been on hold for over an hour to the ticket office. I’ve already emailed them this morning. On the brink of fucking it off for the Hull game.
It’s honestly a shambles, why leave it until the last day giving no time to iron out any potential problems.

I’d be fuming if I worked there.

I posted before about my family member that is disabled and it's impossible for their carer to even buy a ticket.
I emailed the club about it and they responded with "we haven't seen the proof of disability for this season"
I asked if it would've been wise contacting these fans and asking for this before they try to buy tickets or memberships.
They replied with a link to season ticket terms.....

...it wasn't a season ticket.

For all of what I've said about how easy digital tickets are, this should be in with the OAPS who don't have smart phones who should have been contacted.

I assume getting a carer ticket is different as you will have had to go to the shop with documents or something? Do the carers have supporter numbers etc?

If the club do have a list of everybody who has a carers ticket, they should have made sure they were sent at the same time as the person who needs the care. (Heres Xs ticket and heres the carers ticket) If they are being separately later on, they should have said that yesterday in the email. (to stop people wondering etc). If it requires information from you, they should have asked for it months ago.

Yeah it’s a separate supporters number. No ability to setup an online account with it. My assumption would be they would be sent together.

Yeah it is. And the carer one has just come through now and another person I know of.

And I’ve now decided from what you said yesterday all 3 are going on my phone. Bollocks to trying to get my dad sorted on his.

Again, they could have put in the email yesterday "don't worry if you don't get your kids or carers one at the same time, they will be sent separate". Would have saved worry with 2 lines of text.

I'm not sure there will be carnage tomorrow as some have predicted, but do anticipate issues, and it won't help it will be pissing down. getting in early is wise. just a pity there will be so many empty seats for our first game back in the PL - hopefully it's not as many as i fear.

If the weather is as bad as predicted people will want to drink in the concourse rather than outside. Then again some might opt to stay in the pub until the last minute.

For my age, early 60s, not too bad. Definitely not a tech wizard. However the posts have been about," can't release early qr codes, being shared,". Turns out they are not? If correct? NFC , so you can email someone, but then put onto that phone. I have been called a "liar" .." whiny bitch". My experience is in a different field, so I thought it might be okay, to challenge posts, claiming one thing, then something else, without abuse, clearly not. Not bothered about the abuse, turns out, this is no different from Twitter.
