if the friendly tickets are anything to go by, we will get an email with a link to download the digital season ticket a day or two before the first game. I believe the ticket then stays in our Apple or Google wallets all season and automatically gets updated ahead of each match. I don’t know anything about the technology I hasten to add - just been googling how they work to try and understand it better

I’m a ST holder but bought my son matchday tickets for Hull and Brighton( linked account)
He is registered on my email address. Never a problem before as I could just forward him the email . Assume I will get the email with the ticket link and can still forward him the link and he can download the tickets onto his own phone or will that not work now???

Why? You receive the email and you add it to a wallet on your phone.

How long do people need for that?

I’m a ST holder but bought my son matchday tickets for Hull and Brighton( linked account)
He is registered on my email address. Never a problem before as I could just forward him the email . Assume I will get the email with the ticket link and can still forward him the link and he can download the tickets onto his own phone or will that not work now???

Difference is these were both single ticket emails, when they send the season ticket email out it will be a one hit email that you will have to download to your wallet

you don't have to open it on a specified phone, it is once you add it to a wallet that is it

I';d be shocked if you can't forward the email but if not just get the other person if they are using a smart phone to open the emal account on their phone and add to the wallet on that phone.

Agree that worked for that game, but I cannot see how it would work if you get the email for your season card and download it to your wallet, you shouldn't be able to send that email to someone else to get it downloaded somewhere else

Why do we think it’ll be QR code? Aren’t single games emailed like this but season tickets different? I’d have thought it’s more like a card in your wallet, so no QR just a contactless system.

I hope they talk about transfer of tickets soon

Yea I brought 2 ST both on my email 1 for me 1 for my son.
Mine will go on my phone, the other is going on an old phone as my lad lives in Manchester and can't make many midweek games.
All you have to do is email the phone you want to use.

I suspect people would like to sort out their tickets (and what is required to transfer) before they go on holiday. If you don't have a ticket, or the policy how can you sort??

I know a couple of people who prefer their older phones.

This has already been answered on here and by the club. Speak to the ticket office if you are still communicating by carrier pigeon with the local Luddite Society. If that is the case they probably will have bought their ST from the office and it would have been sorted then.

They decided after last game of the season about the home shirts…no reason not to really…good news about the tickets aswell..no burner phone required they’ll be a mad rush for home shirts now before Saturday, must be a few thousand in there that don’t buy the shirt because you can’t wear it… Doug squeezing every penny out, fair play

For the last few seasons three of us car shared with a Parking ST for CtK Car Park
The three registration plates were listed on the account and, whichever car turned up was admitted (but only 1)

This will not work for Just Park. You have to go to the ticket for each game and tell them which car you are using in advance

Second hand info as it is my Dad that sorts this, but, he emailed/contacted them and added both our reg plates to the account. So our assumption was that it will work as before.
