I think this probably one of those situations where a human touch is needed, think you need to talk to someone at the ticket office.Rather late in the day, we have decided to renew my granddaughter’s season ticket. We tried to do it online this afternoon. Everything was fine until we came to pay and a message came up saying that a child’s ticket could not be bought alone, it has to be bought in conjunction with an adult seat. We had already bought our tickets but the site does not seem to take this into account, it seems that the child ticket has to be bought at the same time as the adult ticket. Does anyone know of a way around this. All of the tickets on our account are linked.

Ring ticketmaster. Despite being absolutely fucking useless I've actually found them quite helpful when you actually speak to someone.

Had the same issue with my son's ticket and was able to renew it over the phone with the club ticket office (id renewed mine prior to his being available to renew unless i bought him a PL package one).
