My lad (u14) can't make the Ipswich game on 29th, anyone know if I can "upgrade" his season ticket to an adult ticket for the game at the ticket office?

The ticket office will cancel the ticket, you may get a voucher?, and then you can buy his ticket as an adult. I did it last season when my son couldn't go to a game
