You/your carer can pick where to sit in you're disabled.

Not sure if it's the same with wheelchairs

The boy in the wheelchair has had his season ticket paid for. We have some very good supporters at this club.

Hopefully the season ticket fund can support people who otherwise cannot afford it this year.

Price next season: £480

74% Increase, thanks Doug.

Don’t like being political but state pensions are now paid at 66 and rising to 68 and not a lot of opposition in this country to it either unlike the French and they only want to raise the state pension age to 64.

I think that was a bit premature, they needed to speak to the club really as disabled tickets are completely different.

If there's no wheelchair access in the JSB Zone then the club would have had to honour the cheaper pricing.

Who can we say will be definitely in the team/squad next year: Wilson, McFadz 36 and getting slower, Sheaf? Maybe maybe not. Eccles, Burroughs, Howley, Allen, Palmer, Godden?

Dabo (who I don't rate), and Bidwell rumoured to be leaving.

Hamer, O'Hare and Gyok we all know are on other clubs radars.

Paying an extra £448 for that uncertainty is a No.

Welcome back! Sorry to hear you want be getting an ST next year.
Will you try and make the occasional game?

I'll get an follow membership for sure but wait and see about the games.

If the corner sells out again on just STs then I might just do whatever away games I have the points for.

The atmosphere around there is such an integral part of my match going experience I just don't think I will stump up £30 to sit elsewhere.

You would think that if for example somebody had to sit in the disabled sections / wheelchairs etc but they were only in the "Premium Zone" then there's grounds for discrimination. Probably best to speak to the club about it.

I don't really know the terms of what defines it though.

Ill give the ticket office a call today or tomorrow.

I'll be honest I took advantage of the JSB ticket but more often than not upgraded it on the day. The reason I did it was to get two seats together in block 15 and I could buy two away tickets.

I bought a ST & JSB (roughly around £400) + I bought 4 tickets on top. So my spend on home tickets was around £500 before upgrades. I don't want to be spending £800.

I understand them changing strategy but if I don't have 2 ST's and I'm unable to buy home tickets on a game by game basis in block 15. I'm not going to renew at all.

Need to get revenues up
Improve playing squad, try and keep hold of players
Premier League package is to reward people with the free season for sticking with the club
Family zone isn't the hottest place for people to go, he gets that
A quarter of the season tickets last year were £25
Doesn't want to cause disruption
Knows that kids tickets are being abused
For value, trying to build up the north stand and build up it's own identity
Go over there and make a huge noise
Dont own the stadium, was hard to work to get there for 5 years
Talking to landlord, they have had massive cost increases too
Revenue isnt going to him, its going to the club and the players
Trying to make the club not as horrific loss making
He's covering Ryton and hoping to announce a new pitch shortly too
5th in the league isn't sustainable without investment. That's him and the fans too.
Couldn't announce sooner because the deal wasn't in place at the ground
Only thing available at the moment is the Premier League package, allows people to invest a bit more in the club and get a reward if we go up
We will review everything anyway as nothing is on sale
This isn't a freebie or a free ride, for an extra couple of quid a week do we want to sit here or sit in the family zone
We are 5th in the league with no real investment from past owners, we will see what we will do in the window
With promotion, everything goes up for everybody
Team said it would cause issues going from so many £25 tickets and he will take the hit for that
Need to change mentality about getting the best seat for the cheapest price
Wrong mentality, if fans want him to invest in infrastructure and the club then they need to change that
Family zone will increase across North Area
Wants to create a massive atmosphere there for families
There won't be anything if nobody goes in there, make it another singers corner

If every jsb buys a ticket in the family zone with an adult , they will make hardly any more money .. a flat rate would suffice all over the stadium

I'd pay 100 pound for a jsb no issue ,in block 16

He said himself that he’s prepared to spend the money on the club - if I see that translate to a better product on the pitch then I’m OK with it. Heard it before though.

Yeah I had no idea they were as cheap as £25?? Sounds like people have been having it cushty for so long and have just got used to it...

Family zone is amazing value, also think £200 (£8 a game) is pretty reasonable if you'd rather stay in singers corner. At least people have got the option to move rather than just pay more...

Yes. Problem is everyone is saying that and people's wages aren't going up. So people will make choices based on their budgets. There is only so much juice in the lemon and it is just a football match at the end of the day.

It will be interesting if his strategy works. Actual sales will give the answer.

Again, the guy’s media training is surely non-existent - to go on air the morning after he’s hiked most fans’ season ticket prices and complain that it’s high time that someone other than him (the owner!) made some financial sacrifices for the club is just spectacular stuff.
