1) Fisher claimed this morning that the Northampton deal was done and could not be broken.

Interestingly tonight on twitter Les Reid is saying no deal has been signed and it's only an agreement in principle. Maton from the council is indicating ACL would accept binding arbitration. Not sure if he has the authority to make statements like that but would def be a route to pursue.
