Lampard talks about a few players as being “low maintenance” - he has mentioned Saka, Torp and Allen specifically in that regard. Assume it means they turn up with the right attitude, train well and take on coaching.
Would also suspect that means a few in the squad are the opposite of this.
He’s clearly identified who the model professionals are and who…has a bit to learn.

Yet idiotic fans on here still say they can't believe lampard didn't make the goalkeeper change earlier
A "not ready" Wilson is 100% better than a ready Collins any day of the week.

You could see the back 4 looked more confident with Wilson behind them, and the crowd was less worried too.

Wilson was far more assertive in his communication with the defence.

But at least he'd attempt a dive, which is more than Collins would do.

And to be fair, Wilson himself said he was ready weeks ago. But Lampards not about to put his hand up and say "yea I fucked up big time"

You could hear Wilson say in The Unseen video before the game say, come on lads talk, communicate.

I bow to your made up knowledge of how injured a player actually is.

Did you even read my post, you know the bit where I pointed out that Wilson himself said he was OK.

It's not MY made up knowledge, it's from the man himself.

Wingers aren't normally the type of players who you expect to track back and give 100% every game.
That's why Tats is such a great player...he's like 2 players, a winger and a full back, all in one.
And you've got to remember, he's living in a foreign country as well, and has had to learn the language from scratch.
Got to love this guy for his effort and skill, and the fact that he's super humble too, makes him such an endearing character.
The guy is immense - Frank, give him a new contract immediately.

Best player on the pitch tonight with and without the ball. We just got to stop him taking throw ins. But what a player we have, 10 more like him wouldn't have to worry about anything.
