SISU were/are successful business people. Fucked the club up though. Running a football club is not the same as running a business.

and after 3 years we would be free of sisu once and for all.

gh has also said they have funds to invest themselves so he must think he can cover the immediate future where they make concessions to sisu

hes a successfull businessman, doubt hes being stupid about this.

He (and Elliott) was on the board and responsible for wasting the best opportunity this club have had in 10 years. He may not be stupid, but his track record at the club does not give me any confidence.

Frankly, if we went back to how we were under Sisu when Hoffman and Ranson were here it'd be a massive improvement.

But we can't because Hoffman, Ranson and Elliott spend all the money. They started the journey that led us here. We need a different direction.

Just a thought but, could it be no matter what Deal Hoffman offers sisu they won't deal with him, don't think there's any love lost between them and maybe that's the reason sisu aren't interested in selling, maybe our best hope is now that sisu haven't come out with their usual " the clubs not for sale " line somebody other than Hoffman steps in

So no one is saying the Hoffman bid is not enough ?
No one is saying he should put the full value in from day one ?
It's only a few I know but they are there.
I want him to continue trying but we need to all get behind him if he does.
Any negativity towards him will dilute his efforts and make Sisu believe they have a case.
We need to be 100% behind his efforts and 100% behind getting Sisu out.

For once I agree with everything you say!!

Who really spent it?
The managers permitted by Ranson, who had his own agenda.

no they didn't it was SISU losing faith and cutting costs under them selling players etc that took us here but it all
started even before that

In Ransons first interview as chairman he said they had three goal - first to stabilize the finances, next to achieve promotion to PL and third to secure a stake in the Ricoh.
They failed securing the finances and subsequently failed at everything else.

Not sure if anyone has pointed this out and forgive me if they have but I was wondering could their be a possibility that SISU may be in talks or maybe dealing with the Australian consortium hence the reasons they are not talking to Hoffman or even entertaining any of his bids?

They seem quiet recently.

Australians are never quiet. Shouting and laughing at full volume everywhere you find them. Bastards.

Blind faith got us into this mess in the first place. Any questions wont affect SISU at all. A good leader interacts with the rest of the group and is not scared of questions, uses it to make the group stronger

That is not to say GH is not best for CCFC only that I want to know what we are getting into.

Eyes wide open not wide shut

Who isn't 100% SISU out

It is if you have "football people" involved with the board. Sisu ( from memory ) have never had such people ( RR aside).
All clubs now are primarily ran as a business , but you can't lose its heart and soul , that I'm afraid, is exactly what has happened here.

Perhaps being more in the public eye of is own choosing is the start of that (I don't know, just a thought)
