Don’t wanna pour water on this but he’s mates with Exeter’s Hiram Boateng from there Crystal Palace days.

Might be a 2+2=5 scenario

Ps. Not sure it makes any difference but the journo who tweeted the news is the same guy who wrote the article about Allassani rebuilding his career at Dulwich. Has the inside line possibly?

Jack Pitt-Brooke is very well connected with Dulwich Hamlet. Has written lots about their Stadium situation over the past year.

He follows the Journo who broke the news on twitter. I can't see it not being true

That was all was full off Cov fans Steve and where a lot of the players where.

If he'd been gotten a ticket by an Exeter player then he's a lot more likely top be on the other side of the ground.

He looks an interesting player from the clips and you can see his raw ability but 4 leagues is a huge step up. Biamou found the 1 league step up difficult by Robins own admission. He’s been played as a striker at Dulwich

As I say do we now believe this Twitter rumour but not the Derby interest in Bayliss?

This deal for the lad is very likely given all the evidence but it’s just a Twitter rumour currently

The irony of you calling something a "2+2=5" rumour is amazing, the pure balls on you steve. I'm impressed

Lol I just pointed out the connection with Hiram Boateng... I’d like this deal to be true, kids looks good, pace good footwork and seems natural in front of goal.

But on a separate note your the one who highlighted the necessity not to believe every internet rumour, your rules not mine.

I’m just happy to discuss various links and story’s, we’ve no football for a few weeks after all.

There's a difference between a story coming from a well connected journalist and the postings of fans on message boards.

Seems strange to say but in this day and age this pretty much confirms it, I expect our side will make an announcement soon.

3 days since the season ended as well. Decent

Quite happy with this if it happens. Won't expect much of him (no league appearances to date!) but where we are we have to try and make players, and get hungry players, rather than bring them in ready done.

He might never make it, not all of them will, but it's the right 'type' of player.

If true seems a great signing.

I could see Robins favoured 4231 with him, Jones and Andreu in front of Doyle and Kelly. *salivates*

I quite enjoy Bayliss and Shipley actually passing the football

Started as a winger, moved to 10 and 'out and out' striker at Dulwich

Signing a player (unofficially) the day after a victory parade? What is Robins playing at? What slow transfer business this is! #RobinsOut

He 's certainly mobile which is what you need in League 1 - i would say he's on the small side - I fear for JCH as he needs to be quicker

Not too worried about the step up yet as the difference with this lad is that he will have hopefully had decent coaching from a young age at Palace.

You see it with people like Adam Armstrong, who although was very young at the time, the way he used to use a burst of pace at just the right moment will have been coached into him.

He will be raw but I'd guess not as raw as say Biamou who came out of obscurity in the lower French leagues or wherever it was.

Fingers crossed he comes good if he signs. This gives us so many options out wide and nice to see us given him a chance to shine. I think he will come good for us.

Exactly the kind of signing we should be making. Young, hungry player eager to grab his chance

Great to see that losing Widdrington hasn't stopped the trend of us getting business done early too
