I bought RDR when it first came out at full price, literally because the guy in GAME said it was really good, which is something I rarely do unless it's FIFA, FM or COD etc.

This, I even plan on pre ordering, and possibly taking a couple of days off to play

Nick, what would you like to see improved in RDR2?

For me, it would be the slight lag on game play. Hopefully with a more powerful console (ps4) it will be better anyway.

Also, I'd like to actually use the money for buying properties that generate income etc, which I think was lacking in the first one. You get ammo and goods to buy, but nothing to spend '000's of $ on, which seems pointless to me.

Games like this tend to have a worldwide release on the same date (or a few days after in the UK) so we should expect it around the same time.

Really looking forward to it, RDR is probably my favourite Rockstar game. Be interesting to see what the story is, as the last one pretty much told the story of the gradual decline of the Wild West.

I believe it's set before RDR. So possibly John, Dutch and the gang as there's seven people in that sunset shot?

Made the mistake of asking a bloke in Game about it, he reckons due to his knowledge of the industry and insider info that a "teaser" will be about in the Spring with the game next "fall".

Should have really told him it's Autumn but he had just given a discount on the stuff so couldn't argue

I don't think I've ever been as excited for a game coming out.

I just really hope they don't ruin it by focusing on the multiplayer

Was yours lagging etc?

I used the 7 day trial on PS Now once, then didn't bother afterwards.

I forgot to cancel

It wasn't so much lagging, just didn't feel as good as it takes you into that old playstation mode before playing it.

Yeah, same with the others on there. Although Mortal Kombat was good for about twenty minutes.

I wish they'd do a remastered version of RDR on ps4 so I can cope until Autumn time. Although, I've built a shelf so can have my ps3 and ps4 all plugged in when I feel the need to play RDR or Godfather 2

Makes it easier then, my PS3 is in the attic

Will have to preorder it when it goes up for pre order at Shopto otherwise I'll probably forget and miss it.

I just hope they don't focus too much on the multiplayer side of things.

I'd rather they built on the original game, and improved it, rather than do a Star Wars Battlefront and not do a single player mode!

Yeah, I don't think I bothered with GTA online but do like the free world stuff where you can go round and do what you want.

Yes, exactly. Although the stage coach robberies got a bit tedious after a while!

I just want to see properties actually useful, like when he gets his own farm in the first one, it's pretty pointless as it doesn't generate income etc.

There's so much they can do with this game, but I always feel producers hold back with games otherwise they might make a game that can't be beaten or built upon if that makes sense?
