Bad day at the office all round.
EMC was really good in the face of blatant fouling to try and stop him. I recall one Southampton player throwing himself into EMC and he literaly bounced off him and ref said it was a foul🤣

I thought we were pretty poor throughout the game, despite creating a few chances. I would say that if we had been beaten and not really offered anything i'd it would have been 4s and 5s. People forget that 6 is a solid rating.
I didn't think we played badly. I thought we played pretty well. On another day, we would have won that game, especially if was had,.had a half decent ref

The ref was awful and we made some defensive errors.

Anyway, we definitely deserved a draw at least

EMC was fouled pretty much every time he got the ball.i would have liked Erkelo given 10 minutes as I think he would have disrupted their mindset of just stopping EMC as the guys pace and control would have done them

I still think Wolf looks division 1 level, not impressed with him at all, Milan in the first half was off it, Grimes caught in possession a few times, fair play to them.closing us down well but their whinging and cheating pissed me off, lets hope the useless bastard FA take a look( doubt it) Saka wasn't really into it, shame Wright went off because Simms wasn't really in the game when he came on, hopefully Wrights injury was just a precaution taking him off
I don't think either Wright or Eccles was out on the pitch at the end. Which doesn't look good.

It was interesting to note that Southampton were happy for Wolfie to have the ball, but placed their centre forward to close Kitchen down.
Wolfie did not look at all confident distributing the ball. At least Kitchen tried to drive into the midfield to try and create options.

Although he played a great ball to Saka who hit a first time cross but really should have done better

Not really sure about EMC man of the match, he couldn't be arsed to track back for their first goal and made the wrong decision constantly. Tackled himself to put it out for a goal kick.

MVE had a bit of a shocker as well with the usual let his man go to score.

Mason Clark was involved a fair amount but his output left a lot to be desired. Crosses and shots generally poor, certainly not worthy of an 8 rating!
