He gives answers some on here want to hear. His ultimate interest is not in the football club and nor should they be.
At least one side's representative has tried to offer clarity; I wonder if we tried the same of Fisher whether he'd be prepared to explain why he's acted as he has?
Here is the fact though...
Higgs want out and they want out quick....they have had enough and they fully expected coventry city football club to have bought their share in acl a long time ago.
How much do they want for their half?
I would just like to ask those who see ACL/Council/Alan Higgs Trust as the bad boys in all this, where they would have liked CCFC to have played their fixtures for the last 10 years.
Presumably the above were the bad boys when CCFC sold everything it owned including the ability to sell hot and cold drinks to its customers.
That was then and this is now. It's not like we have been playing for free is it?
He's a genuine guy. His facts are genuine, yours are opinions/inflammatory (like your 15 point deduction that's a certainty!).
It's not a certaintity. It's possible that sisu will willingly hand over the share voluntarily. Are you saying they are an altruistic bunch?
I thought the Higgs had an agreed price of £10m but I think this may be incorrect as they have the right to raise the price in line with acl profit margins and inflation etc...
However I do believe the option to buy from Higgs runs out in 2015 or 2016?
Happy to be corrected

Pity the13m in rent over that period has mot covered it. Poor poor acl, how have they cooed, particularly with all that associated arena income plus parking and events. I imagine they are well out of pocket.
How on earth you conclude that, I have no idea..
Since when has SISU doing that been a remote possibility?
Because to avoid the 15 points that is what is required. They have to voluntarily concede a sake to a new owner. Is that probable?

Ah, so what you actually mean is if they don't cough up the rent and prevent administration? Sorry, I can't understand what you're saying as it's so soaked in rhetoric as to be unintelligible!
Better than starting about 10 leagues below though isn't it ?!
It has now even been admitted by those in favour if ACL's stance that the primary reason for administration is the possibility that someone may be in the background prepared to pay their bills.
The Evo stick league thing ins dubious at best. Where on earth in the football league ruled does it say that? My understanding is the club could apply for conference league at worst. Starting on minus 25 means we are one league off there soon anyway and who in earth will buy a season ticket next season with knowledge relegation is certain?
This is why administration has to be avoided. ACL are interested in themselves. If the club collapses as a consequence so be it.
But least we'd still have a club to support, if SISU continue to play with gambles CCFC could be no more. Teams like Southampton took the admin and come out stronger for it as have Palace and Leeds.
Cough cough look at Stockport and Luton. Stuck in that league due to bad management at the top. We could end the same way. No way would liquidation be better then admin.

Luton were not liquidated they went into administration and guess what -- the council want the administrator who looked after them to look after us. Not your day is it?
Not my day? You made the daft comment about been in the conference wouldn't be bad. Be a lot worse then losing 10 points in league 1
Jesus how many more times -- 25 points!!
Please be so kind as to direct me to the FL regs whereby its minus 25 next season.
-10 for going into administration
-15 for coming out without a CVA
So is on the presumtion that will be coming out of it without a CVA? No one actually knows what will happen yet.
Please be so kind as to direct me to the FL regs whereby its minus 25 next season.
Minus 15 for non voluntary CVA and also minus 10 for going into admin if the court case is delayed. Read PWKH post between the lines.
Even OSB acknowledged this is a distinct possibility.
