Eccles has improved a lot. Hes been scoring too. Probably wouldnt start if everyone is fully fit but hes done well of late

I guess Simms in on the bench purely because he's played a lot of minutes lately. Be a great time for Wright to rediscover his form.

I think it’s more to do with Wrights pace to get in behind them.

I suppose he’s had plenty of opportunities so far, more than enough time to decide he is shite!

Big nights for Wolfy and KKH, but said the same against Wrexham and both struggled . Hopefully tonight they both perform and we get something out of tonight.

The Eccles bashing is getting a bit annoying. Every week there is someone on the match thread waiting to hit 'post reply' on some negative comment the first moment he does something they don't like.

He's a decent player who we should all do a bit better to support.

Scored a few recently and came close at the weekend as well - the Lampard effect.

Looks unbalanced with Saka and no EMC unless Wright is going LW but no front man. Weird.

it will be RudonI floating around and back three will allow KHH and Dasilva to get forward down the flanks. Eccles Rundoni and Dasilva with play their little triangles down that flanks. It’s still workable.

If Frank is ever sidelined by sickness there’s plenty of experts on here who could fill in for him.

Flu and sickness bug levels are through the roof , it's likely after Torp being ill that others have come down with it . Might explain EMC and maybe Simms on the bench

Three, four if Grimes drops in On occasions like he does if we play two CB’s. KHH and Dasilva will be pushing into the midfield and forward down the flanks.

Top five most boring teams of all time…

Preston have got to be in there. I’m struggling to think of four more equally / even more boring teams?

EMC has been inconsistent and looks like he needed a rest. We have a game on Saturday. It’s why we have a squad.

They are the most 'Championship' club in existence i think. Just bog standard Championship mediocrity for all eternity.

actually that’s not a bad side, plenty on the bench to change things, expecting a back to normal side Saturday

Birmingham? Pretty boring existence but did manage a brief spell in the Prem and now their situation is quite comedic I guess?

Not particularly boring anymore in hindsight - fans are funny like in the way you might laugh at a circus animal and then realise you’re actually being cruel.

Birmingham are just a shower of wankers with delusions of grandeur.
Boring, Preston are right up there tbf. Burnley also a good shout along with Bristol City. Always found West Brom completely boring too.

Amazing how the other week people were blowing the nailed on promotion trumpet. Now with a bit of squad rotation amongst a heavy schedule of fixtures, some have wet the bed.

West Brom had that fairly decent Prem spell with that player I can’t remember the name of that was only good at West Brom.

Burnley also quite smelly.

Bristol City at least is from a relatively fun place and have the two team city rivalry.

No MvE and Torp upsets me a lot. They seem to think it's about their strongest team i think yet it's clear ours still looks better despite the absentees. Let's just see how it goes.

No idea why everyone just assumed everyone would be fit for this one. Sure. We have got players back, but there is always the chance of someone else being injured or ill.

Let's see how this lineup plays out. Might just work.
