That's some prime rib nonsense. Are you saying that Pressley is doing as well as anyone could possibly do? The manager that just lost at home to a non-league side?

The hatred for Sisu seems to blind people a little too much.

Pressley has and still gets a free pass to failure because of what has happened .
as said before he took over a good side from robins , yes he lost players but HE said he got all but 2 of his targets in the summer .
hes inept , clueless and simply too inexperienced for a club in a mess like ours . HE HAS TO GO

People said the same when Thorn was in charge, replaced by Mark Robins, best manager we've had for the past 10 years (that's not saying much).

Why take off nouble to bring allsop on? Surely you would leave the big man up top then resort to long ball when going down to ten. Shit yeah forgot he wants us to play the coventry wayand get beat and embarrassed by non league. Tit.

Mate, we've just lost to a conference north side. CONFERENCE NORTH. Part time players. It's embarrassing. Are you saying these players wouldn't get into conference north teams?

Each player we have, with the exception of 1 or 2 youth players, are proven at league 1 or above. Robins managed to sign some decent players with a similar budget, why can't Pressley. Also, it may be a smaller budget than we are used to but it's still a decent league 1 budget we have. Not many teams in league 1 spend money on players.

No other Manager could take the reigns and be expected to be successful as any player showing any potential is sold - Zero investment

The idea that no manager could improve this is beyond laughable.

Our squad is comparable to most other league one sides. Nouble and Jackson are strikers that should be banging them in at this level. And presssley has brought in lots of players but here we are - unable to compete at non-league level. The finger has to point at the manager...

tbf, he has had longer than many of our recent managers. We have just lost at home to Worcester, and the worst thing of all is that it wasnt a shock.

Definitely, I was gutted when I saw the score but "shocked" certainly wasn't one of my emotions.

If Robins had had a full season I doubt we'd be saying that. I reckon he'd be in the 30% win ratio club with the rest who stayed longer than a few months.

Something else is off with us. Fans. Board. I dunno. But something's off.

I think SISU have set out to disprove the old adage that you "can't polish a turd".

Don't think sacking the manager would be anything other than papering over the cracks.

Agree that the Manager has to accept some blame but getting rapid of him will help nothing, who would want to come here.
My view is SISU are the main culprits, no investment at all. Will never change.

I was just told I know nothing about football ? How would the reverend or what ever he is name is know that ? And we've been on a poor run I know that but look at last season with Wilson, Clarke and Moussa in our squad imagine if we didn't have the minus 10 pressely and the team were superb for part of last year I just want things to change for city because the fans deserve it

from a life long sky blue perspective it is awful ,heart breaking ,from a fan of football and someone who played ,coached and managed for years ,since just before last xmas its gone from exciting to awfull ,and this season ,clueless ,even with the full house against Gillingham ,our return, the last 30 minutes was absolute rubbish.

That is quite possible, I felt that he was a refreshing change, as soon as he came in, he identified our weaknesses and rectified them. Played decent football, talked sense, didn't take shit.

It is and rationally, any other business you'd give Pressley the time to turn it around, as at least he seems to have a plan about the structure of the club.

The run's so bad though, not even slightly bad... and losing *at home* to Worcester is inexcusable really.

So not sure how he can stay really

On the commentary Foster (i think - if not Eakin) said that Nouble was strolling around looking like he wasn't interested. Maybe that is the reason?

He contradicted his decision by bringing mcquoid and tudgay on so I'm not justifying taking nouble off there is only a few players in our squad that have passion the other are letting pressely and the fans down

Sorry the Sisu factor doesn't wash with me anymore.

Pressley has a squad which has player which most other L1 teams would love to have.

Yes we have lost some good players but we have enough decent players who should be doing a job in L1 let alone against a non league team.

The blame is with the manager who time and time again doesn't have any tactical nouse.

For what ever reason he thinks we have 2 keepers worthy for the Number 1 spot. He had bought experienced players in Reda, JoB etc but not in the key position which can make or break a team.

Don't be blind by the Sisu factor now. Yes we have got rid of some decent players, but the players at Pressley disposal should be doing better. The reason it isn't happening is down to the manager.

We are in great danger now of slipping out of this league and damaging the fan base further.

I fear our lowest ebb is yet to come...

explain how a homeside playing so called underdogs at one point in about the first 17 mins had only 33 percent of possession and no shots ,pressley lives in leam, Worcester played leam last week and came back from 2 down to get the draw ,did we have no one at the game ,

I have a Biblical hatred for Sisu but....

Pound for pound, Player for player there is no way on Gods Earth we should be losing to a sub conference team.

If the players lack motivation, that's the managers responsibility.

Difficult to defend him now, even considering the circumstances he's been working under.
