Well it's all very interesting and kind of relates to the other thread re sanctions on big spending clubs.

Edit:- yet are in danger of being out competed by much lower spenders.
Wenger would do better with this team.I wouldn't have thought so. But they've had a sucession of managerial failures.
Things were falling apart under Wenger but a few FA cup wins papered over the cracks to certain extent.
Their recruitment is baffling. Xaha is a charlatan, the new keeper is a huge downgrade on the last one.
