That will be the one that we played at in previous years, seen us there twice - Once against Forest and once against a French second/third tier side who I can't remember the name ofWhoever/wherever we play I hope it's at a proper football stadium again. I have a Derby supporting friend who went to Alicante last year for a friendly and said it was played at a sports complex of sort with only 1 stand (similar to where we played Getafe last season) and he said the atmosphere was pants. I remember seeing a few Sunderland fans say something similar about where they also played in Spain

Haha might have but not sure the dates would align anyway! Its not quite as hot as the south of Europe in the summer months and two decent Spanish teams would be good tests and the for the club.Got a holiday in the Canary Islands coming up?
