For whatever reason we try to play long ball teams at their own game. Fucking hell I wish I didn't know how we were getting on!

Yep, even more so when we have Duck and McNulty up front.

A lot of it seems to be Doyle, half the time he doesn't look up just loops it forward.

It looks like Beavon is now a target man.

The only little concern I have this that luck quite often evens itself out and we have had that bit of luck in the last two games.

Firstly, Tom Bayliss' deflected shot and then Doyle's freak goal.

We have also been lucky enough to get that first goal and go ahead early, meaning any defensive game plan of the opposition has gone straight out the window.

Would expect Port Vale to attack us today though.

Be interesting, but I am expecting a positive result. We should be full of confidence right now.

Both Exeter and Acc. Stan have a game in hand now. Either one could pass us.

We have had absolutely nothing going forward, I can tell it is all going to be pinned on Biamou but it's another case of a team keeping tight at the back and patient and us having nothing to get through.

Duck wins a free kick wants to stay down Bayliss helps helps him to his feet

Poor free kick, vale counter, Burge clearance reflects off their man after he’s closed down for a throw
