No one knows what is sustainable as no one knows who is deciding this investment is a worthwhile consideration.

We do know that the football
League had evidence the losses are to be funded. If these funds are generated by one or two high risk investors who are gambling on a specified endgame then it doesn't matter if 1 or 6,000 are in Sixfields. Indeed if promotion was achieved then much of the speculators funds will be recouped almost immediately.

Crowds mean nothing and negative publicity even less.

That's very true we don't know what losses that Joy is prepared to allow the fund to take, and it might be that she's willing to risk it all. Unfortunately this does mean that if Plan A isn't a new stadium then we're going to be playing at Sixfields for a long time (or until the money runs out).

I've asked before and got no answer so hopefully we'll find out this time. Even if SISU were sold the Ricoh for £10m they'd make no money on the activities that happen there because ACL have a 40+ year lease and we'd still be renting from them.

Not sure what the link is here? SISU don't own the Ricoh (last time I looked), so how can people who want to talk to SISU be insisting on owning the Ricoh. Wouldn't these people have to be talking to the owners of the Ricoh? I know you have apparently talked to many, many others who have run a football club (you must have an interesting circle of acquaintances), but did any of them tell you whether it will be CCFC that owns its new stadium, or will it be the current owners. (i.e. will CCFC still not have access to the Revenue streams?) Just asking :thinking about::thinking about:

Ah but is it the same fund who are financing us now who were doing so before? If it is then you would have to include the previous money invested wouldn't you? If not then I might agree with you, a new fund would be starting from zero but overall the amount sunk into the club by SISU investors will still be going up won't it?

My thinking is they would try and sell them together.

However, we know they value the club far higher than its real value (Little Miss I want a return on my investment wouldnt sell the club for its true value).

Therefore I think they would try and sell them both, but no one would pay the asking price.

Sisu are then left with two businesses. One making a steady profit, the other making massive losses.
