Completely agree - we need a big bugger who can play up front on his own - becaiuse that is how we set up most games, like it or not. That player then creates loads of chances for O'Hare to ...............miss

As much as we'd like an improvement on current players with our budget, it being the January window and who's actually available we'd do well to just get Gnanduillet as an upgrade on Baka and hope that Biamou also doesn't get injured.

You are massively out of touch with football if you think Leicester are a similar club
I said similar sized.
Sorry but until recently we had a higher attendance percentage then them. Only since they have been in the prem have they overtaken us.
We could be the same as them if we had the owners, after all wasnt that long ago they were bankrupt not owning a ground and only owning a training ground........

Yeah but white knights always go to other teams, never CCFC

Why do you keep banging on about attendance percentage that goes back to the war?

Did Robins say anything about incomings in his post match?

No. But, the club posted an interview on the club website regarding his plans in the transfer window.

He's looking at one or two but nothing solid as of yet. Bringing in a striker will be difficult etc etc. It's not particularly insightful.

Again our lack of ideas particularly in the final third and in front of goal has cost us-just like it has for most of the season so far. Biamou had a reasonable game but he has to put one of them chances away and then the game gets interesting.
Always thought it was game over after 10 minutes and we looked slightly better 2nd half and rallied a bit but the damage was already done and the game just petered out.

Or maybe go 4231 with Sheaf and James in front of the back 4 with O'Hare, Allen and Hamer making up the 3 and Biamou up front

Can’t see it happening. Flat back 4 nullifies our best player in Dabo as he has to revert to a full back. We look at our best when the wing backs can attack which requires three centre halves.

I would expect to see James and Sheaf holding with Gus pushed up alongside COH once James is up to speed.

Don't agree. We can't afford to wait for them and even though Maxs form has been mixed if he gets injured we're in trouble.
We need someone in.
Then we have baka

Either way we ain't going down imo

Let's not waste money. Loans striker sure

But transfer fee shud only be spent on a top striker and move godden and walker down pecking order

If we end up in a situation where Baka is our only striker then we're in deep trouble.
We've had a great first half of the season but theres still a lot to do to stay up.
I think if we do anything it will be a loan but we need to do it.
Godden's season is effectively finished and Walker won't be match fit until start of March at best

Oh pipe down.

Fuck off back with your mate Johnson demanding nopm. Won't be long until you are all sniffing his arse again.
Your the one who moans about the
Team every week , I think we are doing good with the little investment we have had.
Yes Johnsn is a mate but I have never been NOPM.
Even got a st this year.
Just saying that we will stay where we are or get religated if we as a Club stay as we are.
Happy New Year.

he’s one of our best players and was one of the best today

Didn’t answer my question. Are you really that deluded that you think he’s good in front of goal? You could make a compilation of his sitters since the start of last season.

6 Coventry defenders and the goalkeeper in the box when the cross comes in. Their one player gets a free header.
To be fair, it’s only going towards 2 defenders, the rest can’t really do much. But those 2 defenders are so static.
Anyway, out the cup, not really that bothered. The whole match seemed to be played in a “compete, but don’t be competitive” sort of way. Wouldn’t be surprised if both managers had said that. Had the feeling of a friendly.

Would play bapaga over baka every game, in fact would play anybody over baka.
We need to keep max fit if we don't get another striker in and max has limitations as we all know and think he's playing above his level but he's all we have.
