The plant hire company (red) is probably a more useful patch of land. The connexion (blue) doesn't look wide enough to fit a 3rd pitch.

Starting from scratch on a new site could be an easier project.

That land is under utilised and in certain would be available. The advantage with the Connexion is the existing building could be utilised. Woodlands is a more exciting option and gives us more opportunities undoubtedly, guess it depends how deep Doug's pockets really are.
