The CBS has been improved no end and is our home now. A new stadium would cost millions. Now whilst we are beholden to Frasers they are beholden to City in reality. Both operations need each other.

We pay rent, we seemingly pay for most of the maintenance, we are responsible for the pitch etc. The things we aren't responsible for / won't pay for haven't had a penny spent on them, like the PA for example.How so? So how much rent do we presently pay and how much is Ashley wanting to put it up to?We pay a small rent. We take a % of food and beverages. We get ticket sales. The upkeep is Frasers. They can’t do anything with it for 30-40 days when we play. All of the statutory upkeep is theirs. Tours? That will be an absolute pittance in the scheme of things. I’m not saying it’s an issue. But not owning and renting is exactly the deal we should stick with.
